Tenemos una de las vistas más increíbles desde nuestro balcón. Si usted está viajando con su persona especial, o usted viene con toda la familia, tenemos sitio. Nuestro condominio está situado en el segundo piso (ascensor disponible) y ofrece 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. Todas las comodidades y comodidades que necesitará para una estancia relajante en la playa. Positives: The apartment/condo itself was very comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the bunk bed room. Butler beach area is really nice. Close to downtown and beach seafood restaurants were great. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The indoor pool was heated and great on the rainy days. Kids had lots of things to do. Negatives: The complex itself is undergoing renovations and there was a LOT of jackhammering in the early morning hours and well into the day. We didn't mind the day noise because we were always out and about. But it bothered us to have the noise start at 8am when we were trying to sleep in. Lots of dust in the complex hallways. Otherwise not a big deal. Kitchen equipped with standard equipment. You have to definitely make a trip to the grocery store and purchase toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc, soaps, detergents. They really don't supply but maybe 1 roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. The apartment itself was clean; however, we did not use the master jacuzzi because the jets did not look like they were cleaned for some time. Overall it was a really nice time.

Hi Lydia, We're so glad you enjoyed the condo and the family enjoyed the amenities and great proximity of the resort to downtown and local restaurants. We are looking forward to all our construction being completed May 2026 and apologize about the inconvenience of the construction noise. We always do our best to communicate to our guests in advance via email about expectations including construction and what we provide in the condos and what we recommend bringing. Yes, we provide the initial supply of the toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc. which usually is enough for a few days. We are always happy to supply our guests with a little extra if they call or email us, but for longer stays it is recommended to purchase or bring those items. The unit was well equipped and was perfect for our stay. The complex was very nice. Folks at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Only complaints would be the pool closed at dusk. Which was a bummer.

The pool was big and I really like that it has shallow ends in both side with deep in the middle. This allowed kids to play on both sides. The open grass area was great for evening volleyball, corn hole, racquetball, etc. condos are very spacious and patio is good size for the whole family. The small third bedroom for kids was so cute and the kids loved it!

The Beach Was Nice!

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the great location with a nice ocean view and beach access. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean and nice. The condo itself was nice with a large balcony and plenty of room. Downside: 1 king bed was broken and we had to buy tools to repair it due to the timing of our arrival. Floor damaged - There were limited supplies - no condiments - 6 towels total for the 3 bedrooms. Condo personnel were friendly and gracious.

Hi James, Thanks for staying at Colony Reef! I'm sorry you had issues with the bed frame when you arrived after hours. The owners of 2206 have replaced the bed frame so the future renters don't have any issues. We always send out an email in advance letting all our renters know what we do and don't provide. Unfortunately none of the condos have condiments supplied (for cross contamination reasons). We provide 6 towels standard in all the condos, but we're always happy to supply you with more if you call or email the office! We hope you visit us again in the future. Thanks, Natalie D.

Nice location and great beach!

Very nice property and the accommodations were comfortable. Only thing I did not realize before booking is kids 12 and under were not allowed (even with adult supervision) in the hot tub and punishable with a hefty fine. For a December trip this was extremely inconvenient and was not listed in the VRBO listing at all. The unfortunate thing is I emailed the property manager before booking and asked if the pool was heated as it was important to my kids (outdoor pool is not / indoor pool is heated). The response mentions a hot tub but did not inform us of the rule. Clarifying that on the listing could help families with kids make an educated decision about using the property.

Love colony reef

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying at colony reef and we just love it so much. The convenient beach access, the huge swimming pool, playground, and fun grass field where all of the kids play in the evening just make colony reef so special. There are only three cons I can mention. The air conditioner in the bunk room blows directly onto one bunks pillow that room gets freezing at night because it’s so small. We found the two top bunks to be unusable so don’t count on them. We couldn’t get the TV in the master bedroom working, but it wasn’t worth the effort to get maintenance out. They are serious about supplies not being provided. I was surprised to have no dish soap. I was glad I brought my own trash bags, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Thank you for the feedback on your stay and glad you love the property and have come back again! So glad you had a chance to enjoy the amenities! We will have maintenance address the TV and the A/C and will pass the feedback to the owner about the bunks (they are designed for small children). We do have dish soap and two dishwasher pods provided, so I am sorry if yours was missing. The starter kit we provide has 1 paper towel roll, two rolls TP, 2 large kitchen trash bags, 2 small bathroom trash liners, 2 dishwasher pods, small bottle of dish detergent and 4 small soaps, so if you ever need supplies that are feel free to stop by the office and we can provide those. - Colony Reef Club Team

There was everything we needed and just enough space. The gated resort is great (not the first time we've stayed here) with a huge pool (unheated), hot tub and great access to the beach. The provided two rolls of toilet paper, 4 small bar soaps for the bath and 2 packs of dishwasher soap. Plan to provide everything else yourself (papertowel, tissue, baggies, coffee filters, etc.). There were beach chairs but no beach towels. I would definitely rent this place again.
