Este condominio recientemente redecorado está situado en el segundo piso con excelentes vistas. Esta unidad tiene pintura nueva, colchones y muebles con una cama king en el maestro, la reina y un gemelo en el invitado y dos gemelos en el nido del cuervo. Esta unidad tiene una vista al mar de su propio balc��n privado. Disfrute de la enorme piscina al aire libre frente al mar, bañera de hidromasaje y piscina para niños, piscina cubierta, sauna, canchas de tenis y club de salud.

Super family friendly resort, excellent pool and facilities. Unit cleanliness ok, old bread still in oven and Cheetos on floor upon arrival. But great kitchen supplies, had everything we needed. No parking pass in our welcome package and we arrived after hours - we then received a tow violation so make sure you check in with office as soon as open for parking pass.

We enjoyed our stay. Would have loved a complete view of the ocean. The room with the bunk beds is very claustrophobic. Everything else was very nice. We had a great family vacation!

Family beach vacation

We enjoyed our family beach vacation. Condo was clean and all was as promised. We enjoyed the restaurants and the history of St. Augustine. We will stay here again.

Great Family Getaway

Loved our stay! Location was fantastic, property grounds were clean and well maintained. We loved how close the beach and pool were, the kids went back and forth between the two all day! We were a party of 3 adults and 4 kids and there were beds to spare! Master bed was super comfy, which is always appreciated!

Cute Condo

The location of this property is great. It was clean and well kept, would definitely stay here again. We went as a friend group and the room with 4 bunk beds is more for small children, but we made it work for grown adults. The shower gets cold very quickly, if you are traveling with several be sure to space out your shower time. Overall a great place to stay!

Escaping the snow

We had a Wonderful time on our vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable. We had what we needed to cook when we did. The pool area was very nice. Spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the weather. One suggestion would be for more chairs out there. There are 4 but we had 5 people. We would definitely return for another stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I thought the condo was nice but needed a few improvements for the convenience and safety of their guests. I did not see the Master bedroom so cannot comment on that. We stayed in the smaller room. Just a simple ring by the sink on the wall with a towel ring would have been so nice. With all the other towels in use there was no good place to hang hand towels. The floor of the tub was so slippery I also fell. There are no grab bars or any other safety items. Even a rubber mat would have been appreciated. For safety after the first bath we did not bathe. A drying string across the tub would have been helpful for wet suits. It looks cute but not the needed basics. The knives in the kitchen are dangerous. Please get them sharpened. A fourth high chair on the patio would be nice so four people could dine at the table outside.

I was also surprised when I reported them on the first day and it was noted but nothing was done to fix the issues.The view from the porch is amazing but only 3 chairs out there to sit on. The inside table had 6 which was great. The couch is amazing, comfortable and large. Also, the beds were very comfortable, must be brand new. Also the washer and dryer are new and fancy, loved that. The kitchen was missing a few things - but not sure who wants a full kitchen on vacation anyway. THere was water softener. I think that may have made the water taste awful. We had to go buy water to drink and brush our teeth.The pool, amenities and beach were amazing. I did think the unit would have been more perfect for the price we paid.

March 2023 trip to St Augustine

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay at the condo was very nice. We all enjoyed the outside patio and the beautiful beach. There were plenty of restaurants within a mile or two of the condo and the prices were very reasonable, and the food was great. The only negative thing was the housekeeping. I paid a fee of $215.00 with a chance of paying more if the condo was dirty. We had to make sure that the trash was taken out and the dishes were clean and put away. I question why I had to pay the full fee if I did part of the work? I found dust under the dresser and under the two beds in the front bedroom. There was dust along the baseboards and on the wall behind the furniture. I did not check the other rooms because I was not sleeping in them. The bathrooms were clean and so was the kitchen. We did not use the stove so I do not know how clean it was. The grounds and the beach were very clean and the young man who was security was very nice and helpful.
