Welcome to Beachcomber #16, your ultimate seaside sanctuary! Nestled just steps away from the beach, where you can soak up the sun. our charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome offers the perfect comfort of your coastal vacation.
THE SPACE
Step inside, you'll find a beautifully appointed living space, complete with modern amenities and stylish decor that reflects the serene beach atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary adventures, while the cozy living area invites you to unwind after a day of sun-soaked fun. Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and the outdoor decks are located on the 3rd level with a common space TV room.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
