Bay View Tower - 432: Resort Harbour Properties tiene muchos excelentes alquileres de vacaciones en la costa del Golfo en Sanibel Harbour. Esta unidad cuenta con excelentes vistas desde las dos habitaciones y el balcón con mosquitero. Esta propiedad se sometió a una renovación completa en el otoño de 2017 y se ve fabulosa. La paleta de colores del lado de la playa trae la relajante experiencia al aire libre en el interior. Ambas habitaciones alfombradas y azulejos en el resto de la unidad. Cama King en la habitación principal, dos gemelas en la habitación de invitados, sofá cama en la sala de estar. Nuestros alquileres son muy abiertos y luminosos todo el día.

like home away from home

This was about the 6th or 7th stay for me at this condo/property, and it just keeps on getting better. Conveniently located, clean, quiet, spacious and overall beautiful. Amy was helpful, kind, courteous and responsive. The bottom line is............I will be back. Thank you so very much.

Perfect place

We were here for baseball at Terry Park, about a 30 min drive each way, traffic can be tricky with the toll road right at the entrance to the properties. Very clean property inside and out. Appreciated the beach towels, games, start kit and cleaning supplies in the unit. Amazing that we were ableto use the pool at the Marriott as well and enjoy the dining and entertainment. Our pool was in the sun all day, but our beach did not get sun until around 1 pm, still very nice. Our kids are older and enjoyed the spa and workout amenities . We would recommend and return again.

Amazing

Wonderful condo. Views are amazing!! 2 bed 2 bath. Master with king, 2nd has two singles, pull out queen in living area. Close to everything you need. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful Place - Loud Construction

The condo was perfect. The only issue is that it should not have been available for VRBO due to remodeling taking place in the unit directly above us. The constant banging (tile removal) was more than a simple inconvenience. I contacted the on-site property manager by email to complain about the noise. While the response was polite, the noise continued for two full days. You expect a great experience when you spend extra for a memorable stay.

Fabulous condo

The property is right at the bridge going to Sanibel Island. Our condo was beachfront with a big balcony where we watched the sunset each evening. There’s a very nice private beach along with a great pool. The condo itself was very clean. And roomy. We want to stay there again.

Beautiful condo and location

We had a great stay here. The condo was beautiful and spacious. We enjoyed the location to the pool and beach. We walked to Marriott for dinner a few times. We stayed during spring break and the pool was not crowded. We plan to come back again!

Florida vacation

We stayed in Florida for 8 nights at Punta Rossa. It was a very nice rental overlooking the water with a private beach. The rental had a nice kitchen and very roomy! We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Florida.

Nice accomodations

The condo was just as depicted and we had a very pleasant stay. The views from the balcony were spectacular and we enjoyed watching the boats parade in and out mornings and evenings. Management did an excellent job communicating via email and the check in/out process was simple.

Beautiful Property

This property has so much to offer, we loved the home away from home! It was clean, the views from the balcony were beautiful, dolphins, watching boats, so peaceful too. Great location as well, not too far from Sanibel and shopping, although private enough and not crowded. Super clean and very well decorated. We will return!

Excellent stay

The condo was just as pictured. Very nice and comfortable. It was a great get away for our 30th anniversary. Pool was awesome, not very busy when we were there. The beach was small and you are on a bay so the water is not great but we didn't mind. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were scratchy and not great to sleep on. I suggest they add a couple of tumbler type cups that can be taken to the pool a d beach as the only thing close was a small plastic cup. All in all a great experience.

Absolute Perfection

I loved everything about it; from the color scheme and decor, to the very comfy bed and furniture and the well outfitted kitchen. The wonderful soft sounds of the water was so comforting, I didn't want to leave. I can and will come back; again and again and again. Wonderful! Just wonderful!

Absolutely amazing

This property lived up to everything it had to offer. View was amazing, condo spotless, comfortable and clean, pool and grounds wonderful. Kudos to the owners on its decor. Would come back in a heartbeat. Conveniently located to other areas like Naples, Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, Sanibel and Captiva. You won’t be sorry if you are considering this unit.
