Este condominio tiene una vista fabulosa al mar desde el gran porche con vistas a la piscina y el patio. El porche tiene una parrilla de gas para su disfrute. La sala de estar está bellamente equipada con nuevo cuero reclinable sofá seccional y silla reclinable de cuero su máxima comodidad. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama kingsize de almohada de lujo con una nueva ducha elegante walk-in y baño de granito.

La cocina ha actualizado contadores de corian, estufa lisa-superior y lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo. Hay una reina y un gemelo en el segundo dormitorio y literas gemelas en tercero. Para su disfrute hay 3 tv y un reproductor de DVD con un surtido de películas para un día lluvioso.

Nice place but dirty

We stayed in room 2309 and the room itself was beautiful but it was not cleaned. It was absolutely disgusting. We would’ve requested it be cleaned but we got in late on Friday night and ended up just buying a mop and moping the hallway and kitchen ourselves. Whoever cleaned the room did not sweep at all, there was a layer of dust everywhere and one of the comforters had a stain on it that looked like blood. We found a pair of underwear in the Master bedroom behind the mattress. Even the balcony needs to be swept. It had so much dirt out there that we couldn’t even use it. The bathrooms were dirty as well. There was hair on the shower walls and something slimy on the shower floor. We loved the resort and might come back but we won’t stay in that room again because it was so disgusting. Whoever “cleaned” that room needs to be retrained. Because they didn’t clean. When my house is dirty, it’s still cleaner than that room was.

The construction ruined my first wedding anniversary

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been renting from Colony Reef for over 30 years and we’ve even had friends and family who have owned condos there. Never had any issues. It was always so peaceful that my husband and I even decided to get married there last year. We rented out 7 condos through Colony Reef directly for our wedding in October 2021. So what better place to have our 1 year anniversary, right? Unfortunately, no.There was construction going on in one of the units above use from the Friday evening that we checked in until the Tuesday morning that we checked out. It was so bad that I talked to the office 3 times about it (Shirley, you are AMAZING!), and called the after hours number on Sunday morning (that guy refused to help me at all). On my ACTUAL WEDDING ANNIVERSARY, that Monday, we could not even stay in the unit because the noise was so bad. They tried to compensate me (about 1/4 of what I paid) and I had to go in there and fight for an additional $200 credit (towards a future stay) and a $10 bottle of wine. I am so heartbroken that my WEDDING ANNIVERSARY was spent this way.

We did everything we could to make your stay more comfortable, but unfortunately much of this was out of our control, the contractor was unaware of the rules and was profusely apologetic. We called the office three different times and they said someone would come to treat the issue. They didn't come. My daughter went to store and bought something for us to us, that helped for about 2 days. Then they came back. We called again and when we left on Saturday there were on both sides of the kitchen counters. We were disappointed that no one responded to our calls about this.i hope it was fixed before the next family came. Maybe it will help them. Otherwise we had a great stay.

It was a very nice condo and the kitchen was equipped with anything you would need. It was decorated very nicely and we will definitely rent it again. The couch had a small amount of damage, but we were told the owner was replacing it. It is a beautiful condo! Anyone would enjoy staying there.
