Esta gran villa de tres dormitorios y tres baños tiene vistas a la piscina y está a segundos de la playa. Al entrar a la casa hay dos dormitorios en el primer piso. El dormitorio de la izquierda cuenta con dos camas Queen y un baño en suite con combinación de bañera y ducha. La habitación del lado derecho también cuenta con dos camas Queen y baño en suite con combinación de bañera y ducha. Ambas habitaciones tienen controles deslizantes para patios al aire libre que dan a la zona de la piscina. La escalera de caracol lo lleva al piso intermedio donde se encuentran las áreas de sala de estar, comedor y cocina. La sala de estar cuenta con cómodos muebles de cuero y un televisor de pantalla plana. La cocina está totalmente equipada para satisfacer las necesidades de cocina de su familia, con encimeras de granito. El comedor tiene capacidad para seis personas. Este centro tiene un control deslizante a un balcón muy grande que se extiende a lo largo de la villa y tiene vistas al área de la piscina. Hay un tercer baño completo en este nivel con una combinación de bañera y ducha. La escalera de caracol te lleva un nivel más al dormitorio principal con cama King. La playa, la piscina y el bar frente al mar Dunes House están a pocos segundos de esta hermosa villa.

Another great vacation at Palmetto Dunes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 6th trip to Palmetto Dunes and it didn’t disappoint. We love to stay by The Dunes House for easy access to the resort and beach. Make sure to walk to Coco’s - best beach bar anywhere.

Way too noisy

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Motorized Leaf blowers, path blowers, and hedge trimmers start 7am and last past noon all over Palmetto Dunes rental areas until after noon. They are deafening. Have to hide in the room. They blow clouds of dust all over. You can’t go outside. The workers seem to run them w/o need just to sound busy. They could use electric blowers or just sweep for improvement. It’s horrible. They still don’t clean the garbage areas or sweep the apartment walk or entrance.

A Little Dated

Reviewer Comments: Condo was in a great location relative to the beach. The place itself was dated and in need of some refreshing. Main floor toilet was not flushing properly, had to call maitenance for HVAC issue on first floor. No hanging space, nor much storage space for clothes in loft area, which was a challenge to go up and down on.

Great location, not so great villa

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this villa is perfect if you have smaller children. You can literally be at the beach within steps. The cleanliness was lacking. The floors still had dirt/trash on them next to/under furniture and beds. We also found a dirty bikini laying in the bathroom closet, that is open no doors. The layout of the villa is also not great. You walk in to a small foyer with 2 bedrooms right in front of you. The beds were extremely hard, squeaky and uncomfortable. Multiple members of our family were complaining about back pain by the 2nd night. The main spiral staircase (there are 2) is very hard on the hips and caused a couple scares with our smallest child. The living area on the 2nd floor is layed out nice. The kitchen is lacking adequate utensils. Unless you are okay with using one skillet and having to clean it multiple times while cooking a meal I suggest bringing your own. Also there were 2 small measuring cups but the sizes were worn off so you could not tell what they were. The listing shows a table on the balcony, there isn’t one there at all. The decor is very sparse and very old hotel feel. The loft upstairs is the only king bed and according to our son the most comfortable, but there is no where to store your clothing or sit your suitcase. Also the spiral staircase is very dangerous when going to the restroom of the night. There is no outside lighting that works in the front of the Villa at all. There is a gated in section to store your outdoor items but it also isn’t lighted and is disgusting. There were tons of leaves and stagnant water left standing. There is also no hose to spray anything off just a spigot. The pool was nice, but very small and we had issues getting the gate code to work. It was NOT the one given to us by the front office, but there is a pic when you walk in the Villa to the side of the door that has the correct code. Overall I feel like we spent way too much money on this villa and would not su

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was excellent and property was clean!The restaurant adjacent to the property was great as well. However, property needs to be updated overall (entrance painted and power washed, appliances replaced, etc) We had a bad experience with clogged drain and dishwasher which flooded kitchen floor. Maintenance responded promptly the next morning. The whole complex needs major updating.

Great property steps from the beach

Palmetto dunes is the best, but the condo needs some work

The condo has some cosmetic issues (damaged wall, cracks here and there) and could use some new blankets. Everyone slept well on the beds and the layout is great for a family or large group.

spring break 2021

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this unit and property can't be beat. Steps away from the beach.We arrived at 1AM after a long day of driving to find the trash from the previous renters had not been taken out as well as random other things not cleaned such as a used wash rag on a night table and licorice on the floor. The housekeeping was not up to standards at all. The unit was nice but you could tell that it was old and there had been bandaids put on things as a fix.We were traveling with our daughters and each brought a friend. The lower level bedrooms were perfect. Nice size and each had it's own bathroom. The kids ended up rewashing sheets because they said they didn't feel clean.The main level has a bathroom, many areas for sitting, nice patio and kitchen. Up a small winding staircase is a king size bed. The loft has NO light and we found it without a shade over the large window that overlooked the pool (hello world!). We had to cover the window with a sheet and it took 2 days for maintenance to come to put up a window covering. It's a pretty narrow spiral staircase so you had to be careful especially in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom on the main level. And, the pool wasn't open, but you could get into the pool. We were told the HOA doesn't allow it to open until April but the place was packed with spring break families. Overall, we did have a great week, but I would not stay here again due to the layout and the pool closure. If you only need the lower level bedrooms, and it's after April 1st, I'd recommend the unit. Steps away from beach and easy to get to other locations.
