The Maritime Forest Reserve & Nature Trail is less than a mile away, with 30 scenic miles of paved bike paths. To satisfy your shopping urges, bike or drive to Freshfields Village.

Your first-floor sanctuary boasts abundant natural light thanks to the open living area's wall of windows. Relax in the sunroom alcove and admire the tranquil tree-filled view. The space is elegantly furnished, and the achromatic color scheme creates a simple, clean look. After a fun day in the sunshine, head home, make popcorn in the full kitchen, and unwind in front of the enormous cable TV.

Great Location, Perfect for a Long Weekend!

All info was waiting for us when we arrived. It was very easy getting in and settled. The cleanliness was impeccable.We loved the location. It was our first time to Kiawah Island, and the closeness to the beach and local amenities was great. Long walks on the beach and bike rides was so convenient, nice and fun. We will definitely be back.

Perfect beach getaway

The location is perfect for a beach vacation. The property is the same as the photos on the rental site. It needs some TLC-the bathroom shower head and sink faucet need to replaced and the bathroom it self needs to be painted. The carpet in the living room needs a good cleaning or replaced. The kitchen needs new silverware including steak knives and utensils.

Gem by beach

Incredible stay in this gem by the beach. We loved our time in West Beach. Check in was seamless, the unit was clean and had everything we needed, and Vacasa went above and beyond in communication throughout the process. Would highly recommend to another couple!

Great location, lots of noise from people above

The location was great, short walk to beach. Condo was fine. Floors weren't clean so our feet would get dirty when batefoot. Only one beach chair, no beach towels, and only 6 hangers for two people.

Dated and needs Attention

Location was great. Grounds were well kept up. The unit was very dated. We found dirty dishes in the cabinets. Towels with holes worn through. Ironing board was not useable. No hangers in bedroom closet. Black mold on base board next to tub. Corrosion on bathroom sink. The property did not live up to what you would expect on a gated island. Management reimbursed us $125 for our troubles.

Relaxing Kiawah Getaway

Great location - very close to take a walk onto the beach (under 5 minutes) Very quiet neighborhood (at least in the off season - I rented in early Feb!) Overall, lovely time.

October get away

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice and spacious. Very close to beach and pool. The only thing I may suggest would be a new shower head in the bathroom and we had trouble using the dryer. It seemed to go on and off sporadically. However, I will definitely stay here again next year!

Short getaway

The condo was perfect for just the two of us. The location was pretty nearly on the beach and we were able to just walk on over to watch the sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was comfortable with two recliners and a small sectional. Overall, the condo was perfect for two people. Kiawah is one of our favorite places for just how peaceful and beautiful it is. We’ve never been here in the fall but it may just be the perfect time. We truly enjoyed our mini-vacation.

Very pretty…Clean…spacious. Perfect for 2 people. Very close to the beach. Bathroom sink area is very small, but we made it work.

Condo in paradise

The condo was very clean, spacious living space and beautiful wall of windows looking out at tropical vegetation. The beach is a short wake from the condo.
