The Space:
This wonderful Seascape Villa is beautifully decorated with fresh, seascape colors and is surrounded by maritime forest. Take the boardwalk down to the beach and enjoy walking along the sand with your thoughts - it's only 150 yards away! Recently renovated with new paint, kitchen and bathroom updates, this lovely Villa welcomes visitors with the comforts of home. The kitchen features granite countertops and offers everything you need to prepare a delicious dinner after a relaxing day on the beach. Enjoy the awesome sunroom – a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or good conversation with family and friends! Enjoy close proximity to many island amenities and be within walking distance to the Cougar Point Clubhouse and the Kiawah Convention Center.

As you enter this Seascape Villa, the master bedroom will be on your left and features a spacious king bed, television, and ample closet space. Access the updated bath via the bedroom, as well as the hall. The open living/dining area includes a table and seating for four, with the lovely sun porch located just off the living space. The living area has a sofa sleeper and television with a DVD player- a perfect place to enjoy a movie at the end of your day!

What’s nearby:
In Freshfields Village, less than three miles away, you can find grocery shopping, boutiques, several restaurants, and local events such as live music, art exhibits, and wine tastings. An easy two-mile drive will take you to Night Heron Park where you’ll find basketball courts, a playground, nature center, disc golf course, soccer field, and some large grassy areas to enjoy with friends and family. Downtown Charleston is only 25 miles away, where the family can spend the day checking out pirate tours, art museums, beautifully landscaped gardens, and live concerts. Not to mention, you can access the beach via Boardwalk 7 in under two minutes!

There were cooking utensils available and shops within a 10 minute drive. The condo was small and fine for 2 people. The location was off the beaten path with beach access within walking distance and the property manager responded promptly when informed of an issue with the washer/dryer.

Good stay - great location for our purposes. Biggest issues were the check in process. The code we were sent was incorrect but upon calling support, we got it resolved relatively quickly. A few other quirks - there is a K Cup machine for coffee however no K cup pods; there was a very faint smell in the place; the shower head could have used a deep clean.

Arrived hour early and was informed no early check in-I inquired because my 9 y/o was not feeling well.Wasn’t waiting for a cleaning crew to finish-just waiting till 4pm-once entered the smell others have described is very noticeable , musty smoke like hits you upon walking inTile floors were dirty-looked like grease (black) throughout-Other issues as well, location is great and has potential just not a clean feeling condo and the refusal to have us wait until 4 reminds me of the VRBO commercial-kinda ironic I wouldn’t personally stay here and communicating with Vacasa -your talking /textjng with BOTSHave photos of floors and other issues. Hopefully owner does a deep clean soon

Could have done a bit more to get a 5 like have beach chairs or beach towels, go above and beyond type thing. Overall great place to stay though and you cannot beat the location, in my opinion, if you are looking for a relaxing beach experience!

Would stay there again!

This is our first time in Kiawah Island and really enjoyed the property. Location is great, quiet area, short walking distance from the beach and short drive from the village (grocery store, restaurants, shops). Easy to pull a wagon with all the beach gear from condo to the beach. Couldn't see the beach from the property, but not an issue for us. Condo was clean and kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils, pans, etc... Good communication with the property manager - always was able to get a hold of a person via call or text and they answered my questions promptly. Couple things I'd mention that were not issue for us but could help others looking at this property: -Property doesn't come with any beach chairs or umbrellas - we brought our own. -Everything worked in the condo except doors in bedroom and bathroom didn't lock.

A great condo very close to the beach. Everything you need is there. Beautiful area. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet, secluded, unspoiled, almost deserted beach near all the amenities that Charleston has to offer. Would definitely like to plan another trip there. Mark R.

A wonderful condo

This is a lovely condo. Loved eating in the enclosed porch..we ate breakfast out there every morning. It is such an easy walk to the beach. Perfect location. And this condo was spotless clean which is so important. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend . Thank you for a lovely home to vacation in.

Great short stay

Great place if you're looking at more of a beach oriented stay. Really nice and convenient location to the beach, just a minute walk to the boardwalk! If you're looking at more of a "Charleston visit", it is a bit of a drive, so plan ahead so you can spend the day there before driving back. But overall great experience and perfect little place for our quick family trip!

Perfect quiet getaway

If you are looking for a quiet and convenient getaway, this is your place. It was very clean and I loved the sunroom! Location to everything was also easy. While not on the beach, the beach access was right outside the door. Highly recommend !

Nice condo, terrible management

Condo is cute, well equipped, and perfect location. Vacasa management did a very poor job of cleaning and even worse communicating. Will never rent through them again.

Had a great time. Great property with an outstanding location. Literally 2 minute walk to the beach.

Great time. The location was fantastic. Price was best we could find for a similar property. Only complaint was the cleaning team before our stay was late and a little careless. Not sure if the people before were late checking out. Overall great time.
