Location: My condo is located in west plaza which is just off the Country Club Plaza, KC's High end shopping district.
During your stay, you'll have full and private access to this condo are welcome to use any of the amenities provided.
Only minutes to the 39th street shopping district and Wesport
5 minutes Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum.
10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium
10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena
20 minutes Arrowhead and Royals stadiums
We are only minutes from Sun Fresh, Midtown Market, Whole Foods and Walmart grocery stores.
2-3 minute drive to CVS pharmacy, Walgreens, and Starbucks.
The first bedroom features one queen bed, while the second bedroom offers two queen-size beds and a private bathroom. If you plan to get some work done during your stay, there’s a small desk where you can comfortably set up. Don’t hesitate to open the window and enjoy the soothing sound of the water fountain just outside.
During your stay, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, as well as the high-speed internet.
Start your mornings by watching the sunrise from the front balcony while enjoying breakfast. Open the beautiful French doors and let the fresh air fill the space.
The condo includes a fully functional kitchen with granite countertops, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, and coffee maker—perfect for preparing meals during your stay.
Parking is easy and convenient, with one assigned spot in the parking lot and plenty of free street parking available directly in front of the building.
Uber and Lyft are readily available
Public transit: there is a bus stop right across the street. The party trolly goes to all the main nightlife spots in Kansas City on Friday and Saturday and it stops on the plaza about 3 blocks away.
There are about 10 steps up to the front door and approximately 12 down a fairly narrow stairwell if entering in the back where the parking space is located.
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
Local area residents (Kansas City, MO and surrounding area) with 0 reviews are not allowed to book the property and those with reviews must first be approved for stay and host may require a security deposit.
