After a day at the beach, there’s nothing better than coming home to your own private hot tub. Relax, unwind, and enjoy your evenings without ever leaving the property.

OUTDOOR BAR + TV & ENTERTAINMENT AREA
The downstairs outdoor area is made for vacation! Enjoy a private bar, TV, hot tub, BBQ area, outdoor shower, and spacious backyard—a great setup for relaxing together after a day in the sun.

LUXURY 6-PERSON GOLF CART AVAILABLE
Make getting to the beach part of the fun! A private luxury golf cart that seats up to 6 is available to rent exclusively for guests staying at this property. The beach is approximately a 5-minute golf cart ride away.

Golf cart rental is optional and requires an additional daily fee plus tax.

Pack the cooler, grab your beach gear, and head to the shore. You’ll be close enough to enjoy the beach throughout your stay while still coming home to the peace and quiet of Jamaica Beach.

COMFORTABLE SPACE FOR UP TO 5 GUESTS
The home features 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 bathrooms, plus comfortable living areas for relaxing together. Both upstairs bedrooms provide access to the front deck—an inviting spot for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals at home, with cookware, baking essentials, a Crock-Pot, Keurig, standard coffee maker, and more.

RECENTLY REMODELED DOWNSTAIRS AREA
The downstairs living space was recently remodeled and includes an updated bathroom with a custom tiled walk-in shower, additional living space, and a washer and dryer.

PET FRIENDLY + FENCED PET AREA
Bring your four-legged family members along! Up to 2 approved dogs under 40 lbs are welcome with prior approval and applicable pet fees. The property includes a fenced pet area and a large backyard, making traveling with your dog much easier.

Please message us before booking with a pet for approval. If your pet is not approved you will be required to cancel your stay. The pet fee is $100 for 1 approved pet. $150 for up to 2 approved pets plus required tax of 15 percent.

Summer 2026 Golf cart daily rental rate is $85 per night plus 15 percent hotel tax.

Public Golf cart rentals are well over $100 plus tax and not often reliable.

This is a privately owned golf cart that is exclusively used for only this property.

The Golf Cart is exclusive to this property and is not via any service and is an additional charge.


The downstairs is not connected directly to the upstairs. This area does not have central air and heat. We use a window unit that works very well for the air conditioning in the downstairs area. This system was updated in 2026.

Jamaica Beach has a community pool that is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. The pool charges per person, for daily use.

Please note all guests must provide a copy of their drivers license upon booking, provide the names and ages of all guests that will be at the home during the stay, and sign a copy of the rental agreement.

Guests must be 25 to book. We do not allow parties of any kind. We do not allow only one 25 year old booking for a party that is all under the age of 25.
