The place was great for our group of eight from kids to grandparents. The kitchen was well equipped and the kids loved all the games. When we had an issue with keys the property manager Kathy went above and beyond. All in all a wonderful stay.

The house was spacious and clean. 3 full bathrooms was a perfect for our group. The king bed in the master bedroom upstairs was incredibly comfortable. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

This property is nice and close to the beach, and had enough room for our family of six even during a rainy afternoon of board games. There were plenty of board games for various ages (some old and missing pieces, some new) as well as an XBox360. The rooms have extra bedding and sheets, the bathrooms have plenty of towels, the detached garage had beach toys/bikes/wagon, and the kitchen has an assortment of cookware. When I alerted management that the pans were all scratched, they dropped off new ones the same day. The home and many things in it are very old; the dishwasher is missing tines, Trivial Pursuit referenced the Soviet Union. But overall it was functional and had what we needed, and management was very responsive. We had a nice weekend here.

This home in a triplex was lovely with a primary bedroom on the main and also on second floor. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with twin on top, double on bottom and a double trundle bed. Kitchen has all the tools we needed. The garage had two wagons, sun umbrellas, toys and bikes. The hosts were fabulous.

This rental was clean, but it felt like nobody in charge has been onsite recently to take a look at the condition of the rental. Stuff was falling apart everywhere. The dishwasher racks were so rusted that many of the pieces that stick up to separate the dishes were broken off. All of the skillets were non-stick and were so scratched up that they weren't usable. Two of the stove burners didn't work properly. The paper blinds on the doors were either broken or ripped up. The mattress on the upper bunk of the bunk bed was shredded on the underside, and hanging down onto the person sleeping below. Behind the trundle part of the bunk bed was trash, including cans of soda, that former renters had left there. The hide-a-bed was usable, but broken, with a bar hanging down that made it almost impossible to put away. The bathroom doorknob was coming off. A clock hung on the wall with no batteries in it. Also, instructions in the VRBO app and displayed in the rental said that we should park one of our cars in the garage. There were no instructions for getting into the garage. When we called the contact number to inquire, they told us that we were not allowed to use the garage. What? The location was great. The walk to the beach was reasonable - approx 5 min. But we were just so put off by all the problems that needed to be fixed! Also, the listing is currently incorrect, it says three bathrooms with showers only. All bathrooms are tub-shower combos, none are showers only.

Great house. Comfortable and convenient. I would say the only thing that would be good to know for families bringing babies the rooms are very bright.
