Bayside home with scenic view.

Amazing location! Easy access to bay and beach. Scenic view of the bay and the beautiful sunsets. Great for families with kids! Virginia is very responsive and has everything you need for the beach. We really enjoyed the paddle board, and kayaks. Bring your bikes, everything is just a short ride away! Bay Village, mini golf, restaurants etc.

Great place!

Second time we stayed here and we love it! Very clean with everything you need. The view of the bay is lovely. The host is excellent, responsive and accommodating. It is wonderful not to have being towels and sheets. Great indoor and out door showers with handhelds. Love the deck and awning. Look forward to coming back again next year. Thank you.

Daughter and friends beginning of summer vacay

We loved the home at first sight. The location is a 10! It was clean and welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The outdoor shower was great. It was clean amd spacious. Having the use of bicycles and kayaks was amazing. We had a blast and hope we can rent again. Ginny is a great host!

Perfect stat

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was the perfect spot for our family!! The sunset views off the deck..the little beach for my toddler boy to visit morning and night to feed the ducks..the short walk to the beach..it could not have been a more perfect setup!! We were even able to bring our dog for the family vacation. Virginia was prompt to answer questions..but once we arrived there was nothing to ask because it was all so well provided for. Everything you could possibly need was there and more! It felt so homey and was the perfect setup for us. We would absolutely book again...I was suffering from serious sunset withdrawal once I got home. The only negative thing I can say is the the pictures do not do it enough justice to this special spot :)

Perfect fall getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay , the sunsets are amazing .. we loved sitting on the deck with our cocktails watching the day end .. the house is very clean and welcoming .. my only issue was that there was food left in the fridge and freezer .. other than that we felt very comfortable and at home ..

Great location

The house was comfortable and well-equipped with whatever we needed. The fact that it is dog-friendly along with the spectacular view of the bay was the icing on the cake. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful stay!

Excellent house with everything you needed provided including sheets, towels and cleaning products. Beautiful view of the bay on a quiet street. The house was very clean and the owner extremely responsive. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Went home early

The highlight of this house was the deck, which has great view of the bay, however, we did not feel welcome or comfortable sitting outside. The house is on a short street in a neighboorhood with residents that make you feel uncomfortable as a renter. They complained to the owner about me having a cigar on the deck. The house came with an ashtray on the table! The lower outdoor level below the house flooded when it rained making that area not useable unless you wanted to walk through 6 inches of water. We luckily brought bikes as 3 of the 4 provided were rusted and not useable.

Truly A Home Away From Home

This beautiful home sits at the end of the street and has the most amazing views from the bay. It is truly a home away from home. Walking up to the deck, you are captivated by the views from the beach and the bay and walking into the home you are reminded that you are home. You get a sense of comfort and hospitality with a fully stocked home with everything you could imagine and more. Within a minute of staying there, you cannot wait to come back. Even when you are out and about, you get a smile on your face knowing you can come back to such a beautiful home. We loved every minute and cannot wait to stay again.

Perfect Vacation Rental

House is very clean and well stocked. Location is ideal-close to the bay (beautiful sunsets) and a short walk to the beach. Owner was very responsive to a question we had. Could not ask for a better experience. Will definitely choose this property again.

Beautiful home

Great location, clean beautiful home with everything you need. Hope to be back next summer! Easy renting experience-convenient. Traveled with 2 teens who also had a great time. Best sunsets ever. Restaurant/bar liquor store on corner. Food store close.

Relaxing get-a way

We loved it. The property was clean upon our arrival. It had everything we needed and more. Beautiful sunsets on the deck, spacious living areas. Our family enjoyed every min. and we even got to have a few days just my husband and myself. Hope we can do it again in 2018.

Amazing Week

Our stay was fabulous. We couldn't have asked for a better week. The home is clean, cozy, and provided lots of fun for my group and I. The kayak and paddle board were awesome! We used them everyday. Weather was great, and Virginia's neighbors are so nice! The house has beautiful views of the bay, and a short walk to the beach! Also really convenient that the linens and towels were provided...Would reccomend to a friend, and definitely will stay again.

Beautiful sunrises & sunsets! House met all our needs. Neighbors were friendly including our pets.

Virginia was great to talk to. She answered all our questions, gave us info as to the area and she was very reachable. I would definitely rent here again!!

Wonderful week!

Loved our week at LBI! The sunsets on the bay were beautiful. The house was very comfortable. The deck was perfect for lounging in the late afternoon. The two person kayak was a lot of fun for the entire family. Wi-fi worked great, as did the cable T.V. Very short walk to a beautiful ocean beach. Excellent restaurant/tavern/liquor store on the corner. Great seafood store across the LBI Blvd. My wife and girls want to go back next summer. I can't wait.
