Family Vacation at PCB

We enjoyed our trip. Condo had everything we needed. We really liked the large balcony to sit out on and listen to the waves. The living room furniture was outdated, worn, and very uncomfortable. It really needs to be replaced. Other than that, we had a great stay and experience!

Excellent view, great location, we loved it!

Had a great time!! The weather and beach were perfect and we are literally right on the beach, absolutely gorgeous view!!! Would definitely come back again, location is great and the pools were very enjoyable too!! Had a wonderful time!

The condo was absolutely amazing. It was clean, great location, and beautiful view of the ocean. The best part was drinking coffee and watching the Dolphins!

Perfect location

Stay was very nice. Great view of ocean. Property was in a good location and had everything we needed. Would stay there again. Furniture could be updated in living room but definitely wasn’t a show stopper! Communication with owner was awesome. Thank you for a great stay. 🏖️

PERFECT!!!!!

I can’t even describe how incredible this place is. By place, I mean the condo, the beach, the area, the people the entire package!! Blown away by the views of this condo. There can’t be anywhere on the beach that beats it. The height is perfect, the people still look like people, you clearly hear the ocean and yet your views are unobstructed. The mornings and the evenings spent on that balcony were unmatched by any place we have ever stayed. The resort IMO was everything anyone could need. We visited the pools, and made friends. The only bad experience I had was leaving. I didn’t want to. I still want to go back. There’s something extremely special about that panhandle and this gorgeous condo only made it more special. The owners are very responsive and everything was just as described. I would stay in this exact spot a million times over!!!

Nice stay

Handicapped son had a little trouble getting shower due to high side. Would recommend at least 1 walk in shower. Showers and granite countertops would make it 5 star!

This condo was amazing. The master bedroom had a king bed and the 2nd bedroom had a king and a queen which was great fir my son, his wife and 2 kids. There was plant if seating for everyone in the living room. The condo was furnished with everything you might need including ciffee, filters, creamer, salt, pepper and different spices.so we didnt have to go out and buy any. Very nice condo. Would definitely stay there again.

AMAZING!!

4-703 was amazing. Beautiful condo. Very clean and the views are incredible. Both bedrooms have wide open views of the ocean and both bedrooms have entry ways from the patio. Great location for anything you want to do. Bill was very responsive to my emails and took care of everything. Definitely our best experience. Will be back!! 5 Stars all the way!!

Excellent! Clean and so comfortable. Loved the beach and the views. Loved everything!

We went here for my sons spring break trip as a family. I loved it the minute we walked in. Just like the photos. With three boys having separate areas to relax in at the end of the day was so nice. The views were great and the beach was close enough to walk to our favorite eatery and beach activities but far enough away from the spring breakers. Groceries were close by and we loved the smaller pool and hot tub area as opposed to the bigger one. Bill was very easy to communicate with. We did a family vote and we hope we can stay here again next year 😊

Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the week! Condo was exactly as advertised! Great communication throughout the entire process with the owner. Great location, clean, beautiful , fully furnished. If I just had to pick one improvement (had to be picky just to list one) it would be I wish the entrance to the condo was accessible by pin pad instead of a regular key to keep up with the entire time .. again that’s just me being picky! 5 stars and will definitely book again.

Greatest condo on the beach

The condo was beautiful! The resort was amazing. Parking was wonderful. I cant say enough nice things about this rental! Everything was exactly what we had hoped for! Highly recommend this rental to anyone! The only negative was having to keep up with keys. The unit needs to be updated to a key code lock. Having to keep up with tiny keys was stressful and always having to find someone with 1 of the only 4 keys was a pain. Other than that it was truly wonderful.

Great stay!

Loved the location and loved the amenities. The resort has a security gate with security and was within walking distance to a Waffle House. The beach is really well maintained. We had multiple days where the weather made the ocean unsafe to swim but the other amenities were great and you could see the ocean from them. Even though it was a really busy spring break week on the beach we never felt the pool amenities were too crowded. Bill was great and very responsive to our every question. My only critique would be that they mailed the keys to us and they did not arrive on time. Bill was great and was able to pivot and get them to the security gate for us in time. A key pad door entry system would be great. They did give us 3 keys which was amazing but we were always having to make sure we didn’t lose one and always had a key with us.

Awesome experience!

Month of April, spring break week. Great location. Check in was no hastle at all. We loved not having to park in a parking garage due to the luggage rack so that was a huge plus. The resort was gated for security; we felt safe and secure. The air conditioning unit kept the room cool and comfortable for us (huge plus for me since I'm very hot natured). There was so much space and roominess for us and our family. The couch was a little uncomfortable and the washing machine/dryer took a little time...but definitely not downfalls at all. The room was very clean and sanitary. The elevator in the tower was quick and convenient. Not a lot of noise or disturbances during our week; great friendly environment. Property manager Bill was awesome to work with and was open with instruction and communication. We will definitely either be staying here again or booking another property with the manager. Loved our experience and our stay! Thanks again Bill!

Beautiful views and successful vacation (read for insight)

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The rental unit was just as described and looked just like the pictures. There were a few things I would do to upkeep, but I was overall satisfied with what we got. Bill was very attentive to any question I had and he was quick to respond back. One thing me and my husband loved was that Pineapple Willy’s was .42 miles down the left side of the beach. We spent a lot of time there drinking their signature drink and watching our kids and spring breakers enjoy the beach life. My husband and I like to experience different places and this place was interesting because it offered the laid back chill vibe when you relaxed on the beach in front of the resort, but if you want some action you can walk down to PW’s and enjoy some party action. We even played volleyball with some college kids and we had a blast!! They even even included my 9 year old son and were so encouraging. I’m sure that’ll be a core memory for him because he can’t stop talking about how amazing that was. I would highly suggest to anyone looking for a nice place to eat to try The Grand Marlin, it was fantastic!! We also went to the local fish market called Shrimp City and bought an array of delicious fresh fish to cook and enjoy on our porch. Sometimes it’s the way to go if you can cook. You aren’t getting much better, even from a restaurant. All in all we had a great vacation and I would definitely consider this trip a success!! Thanks PCB for the great spring break memories!!
