Crescent Beach I-14 Four Winds Condo

Hermosa casa adosada frente al mar a pocos pasos de la playa de arena blanca, tiene dos habitaciones, 1 1/2 baños, encimeras de Silestone, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, sofá cama de cuero y futón.
Esta espaciosa unidad duerme cómodamente a seis adultos y está equipada con tres televisores (dos de pantalla plana grande), camas king size en las dos habitaciones con colchones con pillow-top.
Amueblado como una casa. ¡Todo es de primera clase! Cuando esté cansado de todas las olas y el sol, no le importará pasar unas horas en el regazo de lujo. Hermosas vistas del Océano Atlántico desde la cocina, sala de estar, balcón y dormitorio principal. Magnífica vista intracostera desde el dormitorio de invitados.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, platos y utensilios de cocina que brindan su experiencia culinaria. Una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo se proporcionan en la unidad para su conveniencia.
Le encantará la conveniencia de las dos piscinas de Four Wind, donde una amplia oferta de sillones brindan la oportunidad de leer un poco de ZZZ'z o de vacaciones. Encontrará la playa muy espaciosa con mucha playa entre las dunas y el agua en la que disfrutar de todas sus actividades deportivas o simplemente descansar con un buen libro para tomar el sol. Front Row Seat to the Beach

We have stayed here a few times now and will stay nowhere else when we come into town. Perfect location for seeing St Augustine or Marineland! The beach feels like your own and the condo has everything you could need--bring your own food only. The hosts are so warm hospitable. This is a MUST STAY location!

This condo was bueatifully furnished. It was very comfortable,m the view was wonderful, and it had the most complete furnishings ever--ver wonderful beach chairs, games to play, etc. The mattress and sheets were so good quality it made me sleep just like at home!

Great location!

This property is on the water with a very nice beach. There is a tennis court, shuffle board, and pool at the complex. The condo is clean and quiet. The condo is well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very nice stay. It is about a 20 min drive from old town St. Augustine.

I 14 condo Four Winds

My wife and I had the best time at this condo. Everything was in great shape and Ken is right, the beach is one of the best in Florida. The owners are really nice people and willing to help with anything a renter needs. The view and privacy from the outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean is worth the trip alone. A cup or coffee or glass of wine never tasted any better. We will be back!! The Conners

Lovely beach condo

The condo was lovely and right on the beach! Perfect for our getaway. Sunrise views from the balcony were spectacular. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs and towels, which was very convenient. We loved the area of Crescent Beach and will be back!

Great stay

Nice spot away from the tourist areas. Great view of the ocean from the balcony and master. Nice kitchen appliances. This is an older condo complex so it does show its age some but the owners have done a nice job of keeping the unit updated.

St. Augustine Vacation

Once you open the front door, all your concerns will disappear with the view of the ocean in your backyard. The condo had a very spacious and comfortable layout with all the extras. The kitchen had higher end appliances which became a big player during our stay because we cooked a good bit during our stay. The bed rooms were large and so so comfortable. The deck is where I stayed most of the time. I saw 5 dophins jump at the same time, right in front of me. Sea turtles walking in the grass, sea birds shopping for food, waves cracking, etc. The negatives: The pictures used to show off this property are terrible. The pictures scared me! They do not do this condo justice. Also, Shopping for groceries, shops, and the restaurants that we visited had very little, if any, mask use. When you go on vacation, you expect to eat out all the time and enjoy the areas attractions. Thank God we had this place with the nice kitchen with all the extras. Next time, hopefully the pandemic will be in the past and we can stay longer. You won't go wrong with this place! 5 stars!!

Best place to go

This place was amazing !!! And the views are to die for !!! The amenities were great we literally had all the comforts of home we needed for our stay !!! I just wish we needed a longer stay!!! Will definitely be rebooking when coming back to the area!!! Thanks so much Celia and Ken !!!!!

Oceanfront Gem

This condo had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Sunrises and wildlife (dolphins, bunnies, turtles, seagulls) can be enjoyed from the balcony. A condo we want to keep a secret so it’s available for us next spring break!

Great family destination!

I was thoroughly impressed with the condo! Ken and Celia were available and helpful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including a cooking utensils, laundry detergent and many beach items. The location is absolutely amazing with a beautiful view of Crescent Beach. The beach wasn't crowded at all and it was really easy to socially distance. The pool was heated, which was perfect on the cooler days. It was also a really easy drive to Srt. Augustine. My boys absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this location! Thank you!!!

Home away from home - Fantastic Views!

We loved our stay at Ken and Celia's property - we were here working remotely for the month of February to escape the Michigan winter, and they had everything we needed to feel like we were right at home. The views from the living room and upstairs master bedroom were phenomenal. It was great to sit on the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening and watch the waves. The condo was fully stocked - all the pots/pans/utensils you could ever need, paper products, washer/dryer, beach chairs & activities, plenty of comfy blankets/pillows. Everything was high quality as well. The beds were extremely comfortable - we never had a bad night's sleep. Crescent beach has become our favorite beach - we would go for long walks every day. There were beautiful houses to look at either way we walked, and it was never crowded. This was our first time to the St. Augustine area, and it did not disappoint. We hope to be back!

Beautiful views!

In the morning you can see Dolphins from the master bedroom. You can also see beautiful sunrises over the ocean from your master bedroom and main floor balcony. Guest bedroom has a view of the sunset over the intercostal waters. I was grateful to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well as the kitchen with an ample counter space.

Excellent Service

This was our 2nd rental from Ken and Celia Paulk and they have superb customer service. Both rentals were extremely clean and stocked up. All you would need is food and clothes. We recommend them and the Four Winds Condominiums for your vacation as each rental was decorated to the fullest potential.

Loved our stay! Beautiful condo!!

This 9 day vacation was our third time staying at this beautiful condo. Ken, Chris and Celia are wonderful to work with. They are quick to respond to any questions that might arise. The condo is always very clean and well stocked. We are true beach bums so we cook most of our meals in order to get the longest time at the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. Skillets, bowls, pans, cheese shredder, can opener, sharp knives, tons of silverware, plenty of cups and glasses, slow cooker, towels, hot mats, cutting boards, garbage bags, dish detergent... Let me talk about the beds - They are more comfortable than my own bed! The king size bed offers great support but also wraps around you in comfy bliss, thus producing wonderful sleep. The condo also comes with everything you need for the beach - beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella...they truly have thought of everything! There are plenty of bath towels and washcloths, blankets, and sleeping bags. You really only need to bring your clothes and swimsuits! This condo offers a beautiful oceanfront view from the balcony and is great for enjoying a morning cup of coffee and some early evening reading. I highly recommend I-14 and plan on returning next year!
