Great place for family vacation

Well furnished home with functional kitchen much appreciated as we cook every meals. Lot of space. We loved receiving the check-in info many days in advance, the beach parking pass was a big +++ for us and so was the acceptation of our puppy upon request. This place was PERFECTLY clean. Friendly owner and neighbors. Our only small deceptions were that some useful kitchen items were missing (cheese grater, plastic or wood cutting boards and plastic containers) and we were planning to use the sofa bed which was listed but out of use when we came in. We will go back there any time- it was a pretty good place for our family time in OOB :)

OOB Summer

I would have given this property a 5 star rating if the living room furniture and beds in all rooms were comfortable. The beds were rock hard & the living room furniture looked nice, but were not comfortable either.

Lovely place for family vacation

We stayed for 8 days. There were 4 adults and one toddler and we were all very comfortable. My older mother has some mobility issues, so first floor and spacious living areas and bathroom were very convenient for her to be able to get around and in/out (there are a couple steps to get in, but weren’t an issue). The condo is lovely, clean and well maintained. We made good use of the beach parking pass, which allowed us to come and go without worrying about paying for parking, which was great. We had a great time all week and would definitely love to stay again in the future.

Great Location/Clean Apartment

Union Ave is a great location to everything if you are mobile. Best part was the parking pass that Jill provided for free parking at the beach! The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The washer/dryer was well used and appreciated. Thanks Jill!

Mini-Vacation

My family returned to OOB for the second time. This unit, just like last year’s, is impeccably clean and very spacious. The unit is decorated nicely with a beach theme. Jill is wonderful to work with, and she promptly returns phone calls. I especially appreciate this as I find that this is not the case in today’s market!

OOB Getaway

My family stayed here for the first week of August. The condo is spacious and clean. So nice to have air conditioning after a hot day at the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to everything in OOB. Having the parking spot at the beach made our days at the beach so much easier. It was a truly relaxing experience.

Great Stay!

We rented both the A and B floor of this property. Everything was as stated in the listing, or better. Properties were spotless; beds and linens were clean and comfortable; kitchen was well stocked. Jill and team were very friendly and responsive. Beach parking was a big win and easy to access (the walk wasn't terrible, as I made it multiple times). All in all a great stay- the rest of the family felt the same! (Leaving the same review on the other property, as we had both).

Great place

The place was incredibly clean. Probably one of the cleanest I have ever been in. Marie is the best. We met Jill the owner who was always very sweet. The place is situated about 5 blocks from the beach and set away few all the activities which was great. We took long walks along the beach to the pier when we wanted too. The actual home is more spacious then what the pictures show. The area to grill was perfect. My only suggestion is bigger trash barrels. We had 6 kids and two adults which creates a lot of trash. Overall it was a great stay that we very much enjoyed.

Beautiful rental!

The host was amazing and very responsive. The place was very clean upon arrival. The accommodations in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and living room were awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was perfect for a family of 6 and a child. The kitchen is spacious and he bedrooms were the perfect size. Huge bathroom too with laundry on site.

Amazing!!!!

Jills place is amazing, everything was sparkling clean. It felt like walking into a home away from home. This was a girls trip for my sisters, and my mom who was turning 80 :). We all felt very comfortable in Jills place. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. THANK YOU JILL for allowing us to make some life long memories in your beautiful home!! The parking pass for a spot just steps from the beach was GREAT - it allowed our mom to make it to the beach a few times!!!

Definitely a little gem.

My family and I loved the property. It was close enough to the heart but also not too close to where it was too much. The beach parking was amazing and the condo was definitely better then I had anticipated. It had everything that we needed going in. We had bought groceries and cooked and all the utensils we needed were there. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

Everything was wonderful during our family vacation week at Old Orchard Beach. The unit was spacious, and very clean! The beach was within easy walking distance and having the beach parking pass was a real bonus when transporting children and beach gear. We would definitely rent from Jill again, it was a really great experience!!

Well appointed kitchen - unit is spacious

Kitchen is well appointed - easy to cook for a family. The unit was spacious and clean. The one car beach access parking is a nice benefit. The only thing we wish the unit had was a few fans for the bedrooms.

Clean, Convenient and a Spot Next to the Beach

The rental was really nice. The large kitchen allowed us to cook for the entire family in OOB. The kids loved it. And, the best part is that there is parking right next to the beach. Awesome. We had a great time and Jill is awesome.

We really enjoyed our stay at OOB, especially because of this new, spacious condo. An added bonus of a parking spot, steps from the beach made it the perfect vacation. All necessary utensils and linens made it an easy stress free vacation. I will definitely be back!
