Un pequeño complejo tranquilo escondido bajo los robles justo en el medio de toda la acción de la playa. Este condominio cuenta con todas las comodidades para unas vacaciones perfectas en la playa.
El condominio cuenta con 2 dormitorios y 1. 5 baños. El principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con colchón nuevo Serta, el otro dormitorio tiene 2 gemelos. Hay un baño completo, un medio baño y una ducha al aire libre y la manguera para enjuagar la arena después de un día en la playa. Hay un crucero de la playa de la mujer del hombre y que vienen con el lugar y un lugar de alquiler de bicicletas cerca si necesitas más. Usted puede conseguir en cualquier lugar que necesita ir en la isla con las bicicletas y también hay algunos restaurantes dentro de un corto paseo desde el apartamento.

The condo is located in a great area. It is a 2-story townhouse with narrow steps. Anyone not able to traverse steps would not enjoy this property.

Great place owned by a single man.

That being said new grill, bicycles (2), utensils adequate, simple and cozy. My wife and I loved it. Only problem owner had to move out while we stayed. This bothered my wife. Any problems were addressed immediately. Thank you Ben!

Perfect beach condo!

It's a great get away for the family! Close to the beach, comfy beds and great dining and living room. Highly recommend staying here! The owner was available and so helpful.

Great little spot near East Beach.

This 2 bedroom condo is situated right where you want to be. A 5 minute walk to East Beach, an easy walk to two of the best restaurants on the Island, and a nice bike ride to the village. And, even better, Ben provides the bikes! The unit was very clean and just as pictured. The bright eat in kitchen was well equipped, with nice appliances and an adjacent laundry room. The living/dining room had plenty of seating. We entertained friends and family several times and it was very comfortable. New, large smart TV in the living room, lots of cable channels (but why would you stay inside??) and another smart TV in the master bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms were large and well furnished. The master bed was really comfortable, which is not always the case in rentals. The main bathroom is upstairs (just a half bath downstairs.) The bathrooms were a bit dated, but everything worked well. Large shower head was awesome. If you are a beach person, there are chairs, some beach toys, a cooler and a beach cart to take them all with you to enjoy the sand and sea...very nice. Ben was extremely accommodating and helpful whenever we had a question or concern. We found this spot to be a real bargain by East Beach standards. The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that parking can be challenging (tight spots and if everyone in the complex is "home" backing out of a spot can be a little tricky. Thank goodness for backup cameras!) All in all, we can heartily recommend this condo.

Wonderful!

This home met all of our expectations. The bikes were so nice for seeing the beautiful island. When we arrived, we were greeted by Ben with some homemade bread! We will definitely stay here again.

Feb/March Winter Break

The house and location worked very well for us. It is so easy to walk to the public beach from the house and we enjoyed using the bikes to venture out into the neighborhoods. The small neighborhood of houses was very quiet. Everything we needed was in the house and Ben even made sure there was a hair dryer for me. One less item to pack, since we flew into Jacksonville, FL! If you are looking for something different to do, locate the 7 Tree Spirits on the island. I am using one of them as my screen saver. We tried several of Ben's restaurant recommendations, the the book in the chest of drawers.

Loved staying here!

Well- Equiped Condo

Condo is nice and well layed out. Condo has most anything you need. Ex: Washing powder, Grill, bikes, flashlight, cooler etc. Ben is a super nice guy. Only a 5 min. walk to the beach.

Great location and bikes a plus!

This place had everything needed to make home cooked meals, stocked with cleaning supplies and plenty of linens. Easy access to beach and biking. Only challenge was parking for our large SUV..... Otherwise it was a great experience. Thanks Ben!!

Excellent location and perfect condo

My husband and I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The condo was clean, well laid out and had everything we needed. A great set up for couples, families or friends. The location is spectacular! Short, relaxing walk to the beach and an easy bike ride (bikes provided!) or drive to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. The condo complex is nestled in the trees and very quiet. We enjoyed meeting some of the neighbors and felt very at home here. Ben is kind, attentive, and very accommodating. We could not have asked for more and we will be back!

Wonderful relaxing Spring Break March 26-April 2, 2016

My husband and I had a delightful stay. We flew to Saint Simons Island and were pleased to stay at such a clean and welcoming condo. It is tucked away in a quiet area with an almost unknown beach access. Ben had us all set with the comforts of home inside and out. Beach chairs, beach wagon for easy transport, and beach towels were a welcome sight. We used the bikes to explore all of St. Simons Island. We highly recommend this property and look forward to booking again. Mike and Mary

St. Simon visit

This was our first time to St. Simon. This condo was clean and provided all the needed accommodations. The bed was comfortable. The bikes were an added bonus. It is close to the ocean, restaurants, and village shopping. Ben was very responsive and called during our stay to make sure all was well. We will return.
