Su exclusivo edificio en forma de V y la pasarela de área común compartida en frente de cada condominio se prestan para conocer amigablemente la atmósfera de su vecino. Reuniones familiares, grandes grupos de personas que viajan juntas y familias individuales eligen esta propiedad a menudo. Perfect for a beach stay

Relaxing atmosphere, right on the beach with beach views from the patio. Will definitely try to stay here again.

I loved the complex, very family oriented and had a homey feel. The beach was great and the pool was great. The beds were very comfy and the living room furniture was also. I loved the deck. In the afternoons when my grandson went down for a nap, I would sit on the deck with the monitor while everyone was at the beach. It was very relaxing. I have 2 suggestions….1-when we pulled in the parking lot, we had no idea which side to park on because there were no numbers on the outside to tell you which condo was yours. We had to park, run up and find ours, go back to the car and park. It would just be helpful. 2-there were no cloths to wash dishes with and only one dishwasher tab. I took dish soap but we had to use one of our wash cloths. It would be handy to have some to wipe off the stove, table, wash some dishes. We used the one tab the first day, not realizing it was the only one and we didn’t have a tab to run it before we left, sorry. And there is limited cookware. Really only 1 sufficient frying pan. There may have been more, but they were all thrown in a pile in a corner cabinet and hard to get to. Those were minor issues, overall the place was great. I would stay there again.

Thank you for your input! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay at Sandpiper. As the elevator is centrally located on the north side of the property, you can actually park on either side and access your condo with equal ease. Per all emailed communication, condos are provided with an initial supply of paper products. Included should have been a dish sponge for use in washing dishes. We hope you will reach out when you begin planning your next Gulf Coast getaway!

Fantastic Place

We have stayed there before and what I like about it most is it isn't a high rise and each room has a view of the ocean from their front door and it overlooks the pool. We loved just sitting on the deck outside the front door in the mornings and it is just a very short walk to the beach.

Sandpiper is truly a unique and wonderful place. Unit 3C is so lovingly furnished and stocked; it has everything a guest needs for a comfortable stay on the beach.

The counters and bathrooms were dirty. The dryer didn't work. Will not be renting this unit again.

The property is undergoing a plumbing project, and unfortunately, the water was not turned back on; purely an oversight. The condo had been cleaned before the project, but apparently some residue from the plumbing work remained. We apologize for your inconvenience and would have certainly come back to address all cleaning issues immediately for you. Your family are treasured guests of ours, and we hope that you will come back for their annual visit.

SANDPIPER ANOTHER GREAT YEAR!

Our place was serene, and I felt a sense of community with fellow snowbirds. My place on the third floor was perfect for us. Our unit was well furnished with all of the amenities we needed. The only downside was the garbage truck at the building next to ours. The truck came 3 days a week between 4:30a-5:30a! I had to wear earplugs on some nights to get rest. However, I made the necessary adjustments and was able to have a blessed vacation!

The location was super convenient to both the beach (right outside) and great restaurants! The beach was beautiful- not too crowded and the weather and water were perfect. It was all we needed to have the most relaxing week! The staff were available should we have needed anything but there were no issues at all. We loved our stay and are definitely coming back. It was our best vacation ever!! Thank you!!

Always love staying at the Sandpiper!

We have stayed in 3 different units and they have all been great. 3c is no exception. It has plenty of room and was well maintained. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Great Place to Hang Your Beach Towel

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had four persons occupy this unit over a four day weekend. One person utilized the pull out sofa with both ease and comfort. All appliances were in great working order, and we had all the plates, bowls, glasses, cups and utensils we needed. The WiFi was excellent and the television was in good working order. We experienced no maintenance issues while in the unit. I would gladly use it again.
