Su exclusivo edificio en forma de V y la pasarela de área común compartida en frente de cada condominio se prestan para conocer amigablemente la atmósfera de su vecino. Reuniones familiares, grandes grupos de personas que viajan juntas y familias individuales eligen esta propiedad a menudo. El patio tropical, la piscina y las áreas de parrillas le dan a Sandpiper un ambiente propio. Es una propiedad muy solicitada y tiene la mayoría de los huéspedes habituales.

Bender was helpful when there were issues with a large group of drunk adults with kids who were constantly running and screaming at all hours of the day and night. Aside from this group being a thorn in the side of most of the guests the whole week we had a great experience.

I enjoyed the family atmosphere, the amenities, and the location close to the beach. I would like to see the pool close an hour later than 10 pm. It is just not enough time after dinner to enjoy. The pool is usually the evening place to go.

Our rentals are always really nice and clean. Bender takes care of any issues immediately, not that there are issues. Gulf Shores is really growing but we always feel welcome and have a great time.

All you need is food! The other tenants were great. Many have have been coming year after year on the same week just as we have. We are now just counting down the days to our 4th time next year. Quiet Spring Break Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying at the Sandpiper this week. We were pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was! Our kids loved the heated pool and short walk to the beach.Our condo kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were comfy, and we loved all of the games and beach reads that were available! My one complaint is that the living room furniture was a little worn and older. The couches had several stains and pilling. We ended up putting blankets over the cushions to make them more comfy.

We had a hiccup with the a/c when we first got to the room (totally understandable, things happen) and they were very quick with a response and getting it fixed. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. Would definitely book this condo again!
