Would absolutely stay here again! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for a big family gathering! The entire home was beautiful, clean, and organized. We especially enjoyed the kitchen which had everything you could possibly need to make meals! The ping pong table downstairs was also a favorite!! Our host was excellent! Quick to respond to our questions and very helpful overall! Beautiful area, with a yummy chocolate shop just down the road! About 40 minutes from downtown Lake George! 10/10 would recommend!!

This house is amazing! Perfect for large families. The house is very well maintained and therefore you want to help keep it that way. We traveled over the summer so we took advantage of the river and creek access. Host is a 10/10 on communication when when I did not expect an answer immediately. Tips for your stay if you are a blanket person bring your own. Two pillow person bring your own. Bring extra toilet paper and paper towels.

Great ski house

Charming and beautiful historic house with plenty of room for the whole family. It was a great ski house with close proximity to Gore. Would definitely stay here again.

We had group of 16 people on the New Year and the house was more than enough for us. Very clean and well soundproofed (my hub was snoring). Close to Gore MT which was very helpfull. Thank you Nancy for hosting

Hudson house was great!

Great location!!! Great house! Plenty of room for both of our families to stay for a ski trip!! Kids had a blast playing in the backyard in the snow banks.

What a lovely stay we had a Hudson House. We are an extended family of 15. The house was roomy, clean, and had everything we needed... and then some. We spent lots of time on the porch while others played ping pong in the basement. And we all gathered in the living room to watch the world cup. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable -- plenty of room for everyone without us all being on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked with both tools and serving -- we cooked all our meals right at the house. The property is lovely and well maintained. Great location close to high peaks, cute little town, and of course the HUDSON river. We also took a private mosaic class with local artist Kate Hartley - highly recommend. Nancy is a terrific host who was accessible with the few questions we had. We felt warmly welcomed and would definitely return for another visit.

Wonderful house for a big group

Nancy’s house is beautiful and perfect for a large ski group - lots of space for gear, cooking, and relaxing. She’s a great, responsive host, and we’re already planning next year’s return trip.

Wonderful home

The Hudson House is a great place to stay if you have a big group. Plenty of comfy beds, tons of room for the 14 of us. The ski room for all your gear is awesome! We enjoyed our visit so much and can’t wait to come back!

Family vacation

We had a great time. It was a direct route to Lake George where we went most days. Kids had a good time in playroom. Bedding was very comfortable.

Crispo Clan Reunion

EXCELLENT! The property was as advertised and immaculate with a full stocked modern kitchen. Bedrooms were just perfect for the whole group. Plenty of activities for all type family members within 30-45 minutes driving time and views of the Hudson River which really added scenic charm.

Great House

We stayed here for a long weekend of skiing at Gore. Everything was above expectations. Will definitely return next year.

Great place for family and friends

Big house for large families and friends located close to Gore mountain. We had a really good time staying at Hudson House and skiing Gore mountain. Kids had more than enough space to play and enjoy the house after skiing and parents had enough space to relax after a fun day at the mountain. Great location, clean house, easy check-in/out, friendly owner, clear instructions and much more.

Wonderful

We had a marvelous time at the Hudson House. Everything was pretty much as advertised. Teens had a great time exploring and hanging out by the river. If fate ever finds us back in North Creek we would definitely stay at the HH again.

Hudson House had everything we needed. So roomy that the 17 of us were able to enjoy different parts of the house. The teens played ping pong, the adult males watched movies, the adult women played cards on the enclosed front porch and the three little girls played with their toys where ever they wanted to because they was enough room for everyone. So many activities to do.

Ski trip weekend

Second time we rented this house this winter. The house is perfect for a weekend ski trip. The boot room in the basement makes getting ready a breeze, even with a bunch of kinds under 9.

From booking to the end of our stay at the Hudson House, Nancy was extremely helpful and accommodating. The house and property are well maintained. The house makes you feel at home, very cozy atmosphere. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Just perfect

Everything about this house was thoughtfully chosen and designed: the coffee bar, laundry room and gear room. The house is bigger than the pictures. The house was immaculate and the gear room was easy to use. My adult kids had a great time playing ping pong downstairs. We traveled to the Hudson House for a family wedding. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning.

Never disappoints!

This is our second stay at the Hudson House. We love the location, so close to Gore Mountain. Nancy is a fantastic host and her home is so well equipped with everything we need, particularly in the kitchen. Makes planning meals so much easier! And whoever she has as a cleaning service deserves extra props because the house is spotless. We hope to be back again next year!

Word of Life Trip

We are from Michigan and brought 35 kids to the Word of Life Camp Facilities in Pottersville & Schroon Lake, New York. We needed a place for 11 adults and 1 infant to stay and this worked out perfectly. We thank the owner for all of her help and want her to know that her beautiful was refreshing and very relaxing! Beautiful spacious home for a large family

We absolutely loved staying at your beautiful home. We made lots of amazing memories with the tubing down the river , going to the top of Gore mountain , and relaxing by the fire at night sharing everyone’s high/low of the day !! It suited our large family perfectly and was very clean and a well stocked kitchen was great to have !! Thank you also for always getting back to me with any questions that we had … the only thing that was a little scary was the road and how fast people go but there were lots of breaks in between the cars so we could cross ….thanx again !

Friends getaway

Every year our friends 13-15 of us do a long weekend together. This house was fantastic. The living room is very cozy with a beautiful fireplace. The place was the cleanest place we have ever rented. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very attentive and always answered all my questions very quickly. We enjoyed this place so much that our group wants to come back again. Thanks for opening your amazing home. We had hours of laughter and made many memories.
