Fantastic

If you want peaceful and relaxing this is the place for you, the views off the enclosed deck were fantastic. We had a couple of minor issues, but Karen got right back to us and took care of them. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Beautiful Rental and Wonderful Area

The rental property is in a lovely development in Ocean View, near Bethany Beach. It had every amenity you could possibly need. Full kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer were greatly appreciated. The 2nd floor condo was very clean and had a marsh view. The community had walking paths and a small golf course. The area has many restaurants and attractions. This was our first trip to this area but it won't be our last. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Get Away

My oldest daughter loves Bethany so we came to celebrate my youngest daughters birthday! We had an amazing stay. Home is clean, spacious, and overall just great! The only downfall was the one photo showed a grill so we planned a meal of grilling out only to find no grill when we arrived. We adjusted and just cooked on the stovetop so really no big deal just want to let others know in case they decide the same! Hopefully we can return next year!

Nice location

Really enjoyed our stay. Place was pretty clean amd close to beaches and groceries. Everything worked well except for the coffee maker. There was left over water from the previous guests that needed cleaning. It was disgusting. Also, the place could use more pans and utensils for cooking. We cook at home a lot so it was a bit hard for planning purposes. Otherwise, it was a nice spot for vacationing.

Just As Expected/Hoped-For

Exactly as shown with everything we needed for a relaxing week. The kitchen is perfectly outfitted. & the pool is lovely. We are previous owners in this development and know that BBay is the place to be! Great communication with the owner. Thank you, Karen!

Relaxing time

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Neighborhood was quiet, there is a par 3 / 9hole golf course accessible on the development. Easy access to the pool. Great location to Bethany and Fenwick Island. Weekend was so packed at both beaches and some light traffic to and from the condo. But I think it was expected given that everyone is out and about since the pandemic. I think it’s a great place for adults or a small young family of 4. It was overall convenient because of close proximity to supermarkets and restaurants.

Excellent and clean!

The pictures are spot on - property was immaculately clean. Pool was so wonderful and every night we could see dear and fox on the putting greens. There were also several fawn that we watched right from the back porch in the morning. I wouldn’t change anything but to somehow try to stay longer. It was too short for us I needed about three more days of the beach and pool.

Our Bethany Bay Getaway

Our stay at Bethany Bay condos was very enjoyable. The only drawback was the steps to the second floor. Being seniors that would not have been our first choice for a rental and nowhere in the information did it state that it was a second floor unit.

Fair accommodations

The accommodations were fair. The unit could have used some updating and better cleaning. The coffeemaker was not working properly, the drip pans on top burners were disgusting. It was filthy on the floor on side of washer/ dryer, TV in bedroom didn't work, drain in one of bathroom tubs wasn't draining, the hooks on shower curtain in master bath were rusty, toilet seat in master bath should be replaced. The unit was decorated very cute.

Satisfactory, but would not return. Reasons being: 1. Drain in main bathroom tub not draining properly 2. Coffee Maker not working properly 3. Stove drip pans extremely dirty. 4. Toilet seat in master needs to be replaced.

Nice condo

This 2nd floor condo was very nicely decorated with comfortable couches, DR table, eat in kitchen, front porch and back deck. We appreciated the lovely colors and interesting art. Sadly, the bed in the master BR has a very uncomfortable middle sag. We enjoyed the interesting view in back with wetlands and "small river" which fluctuates with tide and visited by birds and deer. Location is a little off the beaten path, but Bethany Bay property has lots of walking opportunities and pretty bay views. We did not have the HVAC system on, but could readily hear the ones above and below us when we were on the deck. Back deck is nice but very sunny, too hot even for November since it has no shade. Front porch was small but very nice and we used it every evening. We would readily return if there was a new master BR bed. Good communication with owner.
