La estancia mínima para la villa es de 10 noches. El alojamiento consta de un plan de vida y comedor abierto, que es amplio y cómodo. Una cocina totalmente equipada con barra americana y el contador da a la sala de estar. Contamos con 3 dormitorios. Fantastic location, very close to all of the orlando theme parks as well as shops and restaurants within a close distance. The villa was perfect for us, we stayed here for almost 3 weeks and enjoyed our stay very much. Nothing at all to complain about as we knew that the furniture was a little outdated from reading previous reviews but we were fine with this. Everything was functional and the villa is much more spacious than it looks in the photos. The owner is lovely and responded to all queries and concerns before and during the trip. Overall and excellent trip.

Great villa for Disney

We really enjoyed our 14 night stay in Chatham Circle. Location was fantastic for Disney and we could get to parks in 20 minutes. Will miss the views of the lake and watching the turtles and birds. Villa is a little dated but had some great homely touches, sofas and mattresses very comfortable and air conditioning was perfect during very hot weather in May. Its our 10th stay in a Florida villa and couldn't fault cleanliness. Owners were very responsive to messages and let us know when there was a problem with the pool. Would stay here again.

Great Kissimmee Florida Vacation

Property was nice, home was a little dated but functional, location was excellent close to US 192 and everything we wanted/needed was on that route, we spent a lot of time out back enjoying the pool and the view of the lake and making friends with the geese, ducks, ravens and squirrels...all in all a GREAT vacation spot...

The Place had everything we needed lots more than listed on booking page. All appliances worked great and beds were clean but need to be updated bit loose and wobbly. Pool was great we had it heated and it was before we got there. location location great access to parks

Great spring retreat

House was Clean and tidy, pool and deck were clean, water warm, enjoyed senior exercises in water. (Matress in main bedroom really needs replacing.) Overall, very nice visit.

Fantastic location well situated vila

This vila is wel situated between Disney (15m), Universal (25m) and Seaworld (20m). Fantastic view over the lake with gators and a lot of birds. Only thing missing from this vila is a patio in the back to sit outside dureing rain and thunderstorms. Al in al a great vila for youre themepark vacation. Next time I will happely rent this one again for the great views.

Great location, good value for money

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks and found it was clean and tidy. The property is well located and was less than 30 mins to the main attractions. There is also a good choice of shops, supermarkets and restaurants locally. The pool was a good size and the view over the lake and local wildlife was superb. We found it great value for money but do agree with some of the other comments that the property could do with a little TLC, as there were a few loose fittings and only lamps in the rooms rather than ceiling lights.

Nice location but house was not clean

The location was nice but the house was not clean pool got cleaned just a few days before we departed, also the house needs lots of repairs. Won’t rent it again soon

Would stay again

This house needs a little tlc but overall we had a great stay. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The location was perfect. Close enough to 192 that it only took a few minutes to get to the shops and restaurants. The house itself needs a good deep cleaning and some updates. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Quiet neighbourhood. lovely views over the lake from the pool area. lots of friendly ducks. we had a couple of minor issues but owner dealt with them. would highly reccommend

Fabulous location

Amazing villa location and price with just 10 -20 minutes away from restaurants and the Disney theme parks. Villa is a little tired and could do with a spruce up but it was clean enough and the pool did its job for us. We had an issue about the pool which I reported to the owner and within days this was fixed. I would stay in this villa again in a heart beat

The property is a little tired but the owner seems to be gradually doing it up. When we got there it looked like it had been a while since someone had last stayed and the place hadnt had a quick clean to get rid of dust and cobwebs. I contacted the host and they couldnt have been more helpful, they very quickly organised for the property to be cleaned the same day, I was very impressed how they handled the situation. We went out for the day and came back to a lovely clean bungalow, with things like shower curtains being replaced with new. They couldnt have gone more above and beyond. After that we had an amazing stay, sitting in and around the pool and watching all of the wildlife in the lake after spending the day in funpark made our holiday. There are plenty of towels and even beach towels for you to use. For people travelling from countries there is a hairdryer and even hair straighteners, mine blew up the last time I took them to the U.S. so this was very handy. I would like to say thank you to the host who couldnt have been more helpful, you made our stay a really enjoyable one!

Kissimmee villa

Stayed 2 weeks in Oct/Nov 2024. Although property could do with some updating as it appears to have not been since it was built (25 years ago) it provided us with an excellent base to explore everything Florida had to offer. The owners were great and allowed us a late departure as our flight was in the evening which was excellent. The lake views to the rear are superb and we enjoyed watching the birdlife and squirrels. Situated in a quiet residential area about 20 mins from Disney, 30 mins to Seaworld and 40 mins to Universal and 70 mins to Kennedy Space Centre. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants within a 10 min drive radius.

Lovely stay

We have really enjoyed our stay here in Chatham Circle. Firstly, the view is amazing. Beautiful lake with birds, the occasional alligator sighting and other wildlife - who needs a tv?! The property is looking a little tired in places but that didn’t spoil our trip and the villa was a reasonable price compared to others (prices here have really gone up in past few years). Beds comfortable which is an important factor, all I imagine. Villa felt spacious and is in a peaceful location. Plus brilliantly placed to reach all the theme parks and other parts of Florida. Sad to be leaving today but hope to return next year. Many thanks Pat. 😁

Great holiday, made better by our "home"

First off, apologies for the late review. We stayed in this fantastic villa around the start of January, and of course, ran into a much colder than normal cold snap. The homeliness and heating of the villa, and the heated pool certainly help ease the cold. That was a huge plus during our stay. The villa itself served all our needs, both inside and out. Clean and well looked after, and really no fault at all could be found in the setup. Location was perfect for shopping, theme parks, and travel outside of the area. Easy to get too and as noted, close to all.Communication with the owners was top class, any questions answered in a timely matter, no request was too much, and pleasant in our correspondences.Really enjoyed our 2 weeks here, wished it was more, and maybe in little bit of a warmer period, but we hope to return to this same villa next October for Halloween at the parks.

We enjoyed our stay but had a few issues The house was a bit dirtier than we would expect The mattress was completely collapsed on one side in the master bedroom The washing machine stoped working after the first week and I did send a message but did not get a response until a few days later Also the cleaning staff arrived the morning of checkout at 9:15am and we were still packing up and they started cleaning around us The house itself is in a great location and really well laid out and the owner is pleasant to deal with but I think maybe the management company are not doing a great job

Disappointed

Couldn’t use the TV’s because it kept saying the bill had not been paid. The heating element to the dryer was not working do we had to use a laundry mat. There was mold in the bathroom toilet that we had to clean ourselves along with the ceiling vent in the kitchen. The top covers in the bunk bed bedroom had dried stains and gunk. One of the burners on the stove didn’t work. Main complaint is lack of communication with host. The location was good.

Great location

This villa is in a very convienient location for the 192 and various Walmarts, places to eat, fuel stations and the I4.Check in process was nice and easy, the villa has a nice out look and the pool is a bonus for those hot Florida days.But, all the photos on the sit as at 9/3/25 are oit of date and really need to be updated on VRBO and including pics of the bathrooms would be a bonus. The property is tired and in need of some TLC and to be very honest a very good clean. The villa was not dirty just that it needs to have more time spent on it when it is cleaned. THe beds were clean and comfy but the bathrooms looked to have been cleaned a week before and not the day (or before) of our arrival. What was a bit off putting was there were no plugs for the wash basins or the baths, except for a couple of lose sink stoppers of which there only appeared to be one for the basins to be shared between 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was big enough for the 2 of us but again the cabinet doors and draw fronts all needed a good clean and on the night of arrival I had to clean all the cabinet/drawn handles with a sterilise wipe as they were all sticky to the touch. I might be a little picky and the claning crew that go in after anyone stays only have a limited amount of time but these are small things that could be improved upon.Would I stay there again, probably not but the villa was fit for purpose and was only a base for 2 weeks. Some grat points but some not so good ones for us.

Mold in bathroom, Sheets were all Pills, Blankets and Towels were tattered, Pool was fine if you like swimming with Fire Ants and their painful bites, Lights in kitchen, garage, and outside sensor lights were iffy as to whether they would turn on or not, Furniture must be 30 years old and shows the wear and tear and cigarette burns. One of the couches smelled like vomit ( the 2 person couch ). Even one of the flushes I had to fix by myself by buying a Flush Handle, and a Plunger. The list is endless, and I have pictures to prove what I’m saying. They gave me a Mailbox that was non functional, and I had to purchase a P.O. Box 421681. My medications got lost because of this. Either way, at the price they charged, I would have expected a lot more or they should charge half of what they did charge. Better yet VRBO should refuse to Manage this Property on their site. If I could, I would ask for a 50% refund.

Overall good

Overall our stay was not bad, the location was GREAT for Disney & Universal Parks. The owner communicated with me when needed. The kid enjoyed the pool and seeing the aligator in the back pond swim through the water. There were plenty of blankets and dishes. The kids enjoyed the air hockey table in the garage and the extra items needed (high chair, etc.) were useful. The home is older, but in decent shape. We would stay here again, espescially for the price and location. When we arrived the house was extremely warm and would not cool. We checked the air filter and it was VERY clogged, dust filled...we went out and bought a new one. Once we put the new one, the air worked great. I have not stayed at VRBO before where there were not basic supplies in the house, so I was not prepared for that. You will need to purchase your own toilet paper (there was only one roll in each restroom), there was no handsoap in any of the restrooms, and there was no dishsoap in the sink. Purchase PLENTY of trashbags, because the trashcan is extremely small in the kitchen. We plugged in one of the fridges in the garage and used it keep things slighly cool, but nothing would freeze. The one in the kitchen worked great. The one picture in the posting showed a full bed with a twin bed in the room, that is not accurate. There is a room with a full bed, but not a twin bed. Overall, the house was good and we would stay there again. Just sharing the few things that would be helpful for others to know.

Podria ser mejor.

La ubicacion es excelente, y la vista al lago que esta detras es fascinante pero: Hay un olor desagradable en los muebles y alfombras. Las regillas de ventilacion necesitan mantenimiento. La iluminacion es deficiente. Aunque muchas cosas funcionan otras estan en mal estado y creo que deberian modernizarla un poco. Aun asi, mi familia y yo la pasamos super.

We have 2 properties on the estate which is well maintained, pleasant and secure. All of our properties are within walking distance of each other.

Chatham Park is quiet, spacious, scenic and clean. We love the friendly people and location of the neighbourhood. It is far enough removed from the traffic, but close enough to all local attractions, shopping and airports.
