Great days at the beach

We really enjoyed Shorewood 310 condo. It was very spacious and decorated beautifully. Location was excellent, pool was great, grounds were immaculate and just a shot walk to the ocean. Highly recommend this condo and Sea Turtle Getaways.

Great time

Super close to the beach, nice pools (we really utilized that baby pool!). Fully stocked kitchen and amazing view from the balcony. It was very clean and secure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shorewood is one of my favorite places to stay on the island. We love the location to Coligny. The management is very responsive. The unit is always clean when we have stated here. I do think they need to update the mattresses and the coffee mugs. I know that sounds solid but they are very small and by the time you have had a few sips of coffee you need to refill again. It would be nice to have better cocktail glasses

Loved our visit!

Fantastic property… would stay in same unit if we come back. Would have loved a vacuum we could use during the week… but loved garbage shoot and think u should advertise u have a washer/dryer.

Beautiful, well maintained beachfront condo

We had a wonderful stay at Shorewood on HHI. The views of the ocean were beautiful and the property was cleaned to our standards. The screen door out to the patio could use some TLC, but other than that everything was great! Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location, beautiful view!

Beautiful condo with updated bathrooms and kitchen. And the view! The view is amazing. We watched rabbits, deer, and osprey throughout the week. Shorewood 310 is really the best: close to the pool, beach view, easy access to the parking lot. Would definitely stay here again.

HHI vacation

The condo location was terrific. We enjoyed the huge window facing the ocean and the pool. The condo floors and balcony had alot of sand on them and it could use updating. But as usual, we enjoyed the restaurants and bars on the island and had a great time!

Excellent Location!

The condo building is right next to the path to the pool and the beach. Easy access to restrooms and showers. The huge floor to ceiling living room window and slider in the primary bedroom has an amazing beach view! Kitchen is huge with plenty of storage and a washer/dryer. They even have some surfboards to use! Will definitely stay again.

Short but sweet last minute vacation

Enjoyed the lovely 2 bedroom condo very much. Perfect for family of 4. Location could not be better. You can walk to a lot of restaurants and cool shops. Huge pool and hot tub, property is very well kept. Easy access to the beach as well, with security gate to enter and exit the beach which I really appreciated so the general public cannot enter the property. I would highly recommend the property.

Shorewood

Love staying at Shorewood. Great views! Dolphins going by. And who knew there were deer in the foliage in back of the dunes. It was cut short this year and we enjoyed watching three deer munching.

Great place!

We had a great spring break at this location! The condo was updated, clean and had all the accommodations! The pool was clean and heated, which my kids enjoyed. The only criticism is around the property manager and some seasoned guests would come around and not allow the kids in the hot tub. That was annoying, but other than that we would definitely book again!

Perfect property!!

We visited Christmas week with our three children and had a fabulous vacation! The apartment is newly renovated and the kitchen is thoughtfully well stocked. The view from the glass living room wall overlooking the ocean is magnificent—and the two comfy chairs facing the ocean were perfect! The location of the apartment is great—a short walk to Coligny Plaza—and the complex is relatively small and very quiet. And the jacuzzi is wonderful in winter. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Views

We enjoyed our stay at Shorewood. Great location, close to the pool & beach access. The views from the picture window and the balcony are amazing. The best! Nice kitchen. Beds were all comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook if we chose to. The master shower could use some TLC but it works and it was clean. Guest bath had some mold around the faucet, we cleaned it. Screen patio doors are hard to open and close but work. Overall a great place. The views are amazing and the location is perfect.

Nice unit but living room furniture could use a refresh.

Could have had basic condiments. I had to buy salt and pepper. That should be a standard. Also the shower and the bathtub was very dangerous for seniors. I couldn’t shave my legs there was no place to put you foot on. Someone could get hurt very easily.

Lack of ceiling fans then we found box fans in closet. one was fine one was missing a blade. Table on balcony I don't think had been cleaned in a very long time. I had to wipe it down pretty good.

Disappointing unit and complex

This property is very tired. It was not well cleaned (the property management offered to send someone in again but we did it ourselves to make sure it was done correctly. The entire unit is in desperate need of a refresh. The bed is absolutely terrible from a comfort stand point. Moldings are nasty, bathrooms are tired, window cranks are broken, screen door barely works. The hot tub that says 12 and over is filled with kids under 10 and no one is monitoring. I would not recommend this unit or complex to anyone. We stayed at another complex last year that was great...north of Coligny circle. The location is nice and the ocean was great.

Thank you for your review. As of April 23rd, we have changed housekeeping companies for all of our Shorewood properties. I will speak with the owner about your suggestions for updating the villa. As for the hot tub, if you ever notice someone not following the rules or anything that seems out of place on the grounds, please go directly to the onsite regime manager so they can take care of this for you. Dissappointed

We have stayed at different Shorewood Villas for many years and enjoy the location and pool for our younger grandsons. This particular unit was lacking some things: 1. Needs a deadbolt for safety reasons; 2. Need hook(s) on back of bathroom door; 3. TV didn't work 80% of time. Kept freezing up; 4. Kept losing Wifi as well; 5. Kitchen was not well supplied with pots and pans; 6. TV size(s), especially the kids bedroom, were a joke. 7. Lamp switch in 2nd bedroom is broke; 8. Deck needs a smaller table in order for a family to utilize the space.
