Este espacioso condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños espera ansiosamente su llegada. Perfectamente ubicado a solo unos pasos de la arena con una majestuosa vista al mar desde el piso 18.

Emerald Isle se encuentra en el extremo oeste de Panama City Beach, a pocos minutos de Pier Park. Cama king size en el dormitorio principal. Cama de matrimonio en el segundo dormitorio. Tamaño de sofá cama en el salón. Tanto el dormitorio principal y el salón tienen vistas al océano. Cocina totalmente equipada. TV y reproductores de DVD en todas las habitaciones. Servicio de Internet TV gratuita por cable y. El balcón de 10 pies y medio tiene una mesa con 4 sillas y dos mecedoras laterales adicionales. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean. The elevator was just outside our room. It is close to Pier Park and lots of good eating. Will most definitely stay here again.

This condo was great! It had everything we needed and was clean. Main bedroom mattress was comfortable. View was awesome from living room and bedroom! Good location and easy access to beach and pools. Attendants on the beach were extremely helpful, friendly, and kind!! Elevators worked great and never a line or long wait to get one. Parking across the street was easy to access with plenty of spots.

Beautiful views. Nice space. Beds were a bit firm and the kitchen chairs had no cushion. Clean. Perfect location right by elevator. Parking was tight.

We were very happy with our condo, very clean and had everything we needed. Helen was very responsive. The woman who checked us in on the 4th floor was very pleasant as well. We especially loved the patio furniture it was perfect for sitting out with morning coffee or watching the rain on our last night. We enjoyed the beach chairs and how this end of the beach was a bit less packed.

An all-together lovely condo

This condo was as lovely as we could have hoped for! Helen sent us all of the info we needed the day before arrival. The door code was easy to use and the unit was thoroughly clean. Our only complaint was that the parking situation was very inconvenient, especially for me with my husband in a wheelchair. One of the 3 parking floors was closed for repairs so we usually had to park across the street from the building. We, of course, realize that neither Helen nor the management could have done anything about it but it would have been wonderful if there had been a reserved parking space. All in all, we enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony, the unit was comfortable and clean and we would definitely rent this condo again!

Wonderful!

Beautiful property, had everything we needed. Air conditioner stopped working one night but was promptly addressed. Balcony furniture was amazing and we spent many comfortable hours out there. Can’t beat the 18th floor view. Very friendly beach chair service made beach time that much more enjoyable. Overall absolutely loved our time here. Thank you!!

The beach is very clean with nice fine sand. The resort building has a great pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area. The resort office and facility staff are very friendly. The owner provided an accurate description of the property and was very responsive with communication updates and answers to our questions.

First time in PCB

You’ll get exactly what you see on the photos, and more!! The view! OMG! breath taking. You can never get over the sunset, it’s just MAGNIFICENT! Love the place, the apartment was just perfect for us (two kids and two adults) The balcony is huge and you’ll get to enjoy a drink in the afternoon while watching the sunset or a cup of coffee in the morning. The location is very convenient too. Very nice experience overall. The property owner is very easy to get in touch with and always there if anything is needed.

A Wonderul Family Vacation!

We enjoyed our week staying in this condo. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The balcony was a big hit, it’s huge and had comfy furniture to relax on. The views were amazing! The location is away from the crowded part of PCB, which we loved. Beds were comfy. We never had a long wait for elevators, which was nice. Pools and hot tub were nice. We cooked on the gas grill a couple nights, that was a nice accommodation to have. We parked across the street due to tight parking under the condos but that wasn’t an issue for us. We had a great week! I highly recommend this property!
