¡La vida no puede ser mejor que esto! Estás a unos pasos de la piscina. Escuchas el rompimiento de las olas en la arena que está justo al otro lado de la piscina. El propietario anterior vive aquí a tiempo completo, por lo que este condominio está totalmente equipado para satisfacer todas sus necesidades. El Zalate es un refugio tranquilo y glorioso y su vista desde este condominio frente al mar es magnífica. ¡Trabajaré con usted para planificar sus vacaciones de vacaciones para que su visita sea de bajo estrés!

Disfrute el desayuno en nuestro patio; Usted pasa por alto dos hermosas piscinas y una bañera de hidromasaje. Justo al otro lado está la playa! Te encantará estar en el primer piso; ¡la vida es más fácil sin tener que subir las escaleras a tu habitación! ¡No estamos en el sendero principal del complejo para que disfrutes de tu privacidad! La seguridad nunca ha sido un problema. ¡Me he quedado aquí solo y nuestros hijos han crecido aquí! Dormimos con las puertas abiertas para escuchar las olas por la noche. Nunca recibimos ningún ruido de la autopista, solo el sonido de la suave fuente fuera de nuestra puerta principal y el rompimiento de las olas desde el lado del océano.

También poseemos los dos dormitorios de al lado, VRBO 228443, por lo que puede ser una base perfecta para una familia o amigos que viajan juntos.

Tenemos una cocina completa y muchos restaurantes fabulosos están a poca distancia. Nos encanta cocinar, por lo que nuestra cocina está bien equipada. Tenemos una parrilla de barbacoa en el patio para su uso. Tenemos mesas de comedor adentro y afuera para acomodar sus preferencias.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size. También hay un sofá desplegable de doble tamaño. ¡Tendrá una estancia tranquila y apacible!

This place and host is terrific. I truly love the access to everything from the ground floor. The building staff is super friendly and eager to help. Diane (host) is very responsive and replys to any questions very quickly. The building is very quite - with the exception of a few small dogs. I believe this is exagerated due to the overall sleepiness of the enire complex. The unit is great and could use a few funiture refreshes but would go back in a heartbeat. This appears to be a condo offering a quite way to enjoy all the best of Cabo. The ocean in this area is not the most ideal for swimming but great for some surfing and strong swimmers. The building pools and beach are great. I am glad we found this place

Very enjoyable quick stay!

Really enjoyed my quick stay at this condo. You really have everything you need when you stay here. Condo was clean and very comfortable. Loved the covered patio with BBQ and table and chairs. Pool, jacuzzi and the beach so close. Check in and communication were seamless. I will be back!

Enjoyed our stay again

We loved our stay. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy and restore while surrounded by art and books. The property is steps from one of the best stretches of beaches. This was our second stay at this property. We love it and will be back for more!

Great Escape!

We really enjoyed our stay at El Zalante! Diane and Rob were excellent hosts! Very relaxing and welcoming condo community! Quiet beaches, yet everything- restaurants, shops and excursions an Uber or bus drive away! We hope to return again to the area soon!

Awesome experience!

Our experience was simply perfect with such kind and communicative hosts (Rob and Diane), impeccably clean condo filled with everything one could ask for (beautiful bedding, bath and beach towels, beach umbrella, kitchen appliances and utensils). The ocean swims, sunrises, and sunsets made for such a beautiful vacation. And the poolside lounging and (HOT) jacuzzi topped off each relaxing day. We so look forward to our return and are very grateful to Rob and Diane..

Week Long Dive Trip

This is an outstanding property that came exactly as listed. A very welcome surprise was the brand new gym with modern multiple cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. One of the nicest small gyms I've seen while traveling. The ground floor unit is perfectly located. I also thought Diane's very lengthy recommendations for everything were spot on. The Thursday art walk was amazing and the diving was world class. Absolutely recommend this property.

Amazing beach front condo!

We love staying at the El Zalate condos - this is our 4th time renting at this particular complex. This condo was clean, cute and charmingly decorated. The unit immediately felt like a home away from home to our family of four. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay was readily available - just stopped at Comex/Mega and picked up groceries. Owner was responsive and great to work with. We will definitely rent this unit again - thank you, Diane for allowing us to enjoy your cute place!

Perfect Holiday Spot

We've just returned from our second stay in one of Diane's condos. Three couples travelled to San Jose and we had both Diane's two bedroom and one bedroom condos booked for the first week of December. Both units are extremely well equipped with everything that you need for a stress free holiday. Diane is an absolute pleasure to communicate with and always responds promptly. Her little book of favorite places to see, restaurants to eat in, and general activities to participate in was so helpful and we experienced some excellent local restaurants based on her recommendations. We definitely plan to return to this gem of a property. It can't be beat.

El Zelate Rules!

We love this Condo complex and this particular condo. It's our first time staying on the first floor and I was a little sceptical as I love the views from the higher balconies. But never fear there's a nice view from your patio and the easy access from the pool to fill up you cup or use the commode was a nice trade off. The condo has everything you might need or want, its clean, and the owners are great! The only con: the bed. Its ultra firm. If that's your thing you'll love it. We had a rough time sleeping on it and I've never yearned for my own mattress on a vacation like I did this one. Visit if you get the chance!

Fantastic!

We stayed a week in February, it was not long enough! I had my doubts about any traffic noise from the highway, but the owner assured me that you could not hear any, and sure enough, you cannot hear anything but the ocean. The unit was beautifully furnished and decorated. Very, very clean. The kitchen has everything you would ever want to use (we love to cook). The grounds are meticulously maintained, maybe a bit too much watering as there were mosquitoes, we got bitten when we had dinner outside on the patio.. The patio area is gorgeous, large and comfy and a gorgeous ocean and pool view. No issue with pool loungers, there were always some available, no hogging allowed at this complex. There are several bars and restaurants nearby, you could walk to the grocery store. Driving was an adventure but we survived intact. Security is very good, staff are very pleasant. Loved the beer welcome! The fish lady comes Friday afternoon, there was a long lineup for her! All in all, we loved it.

Fantastico!

From the moment I was interested in Diane's El Zalate condo to arrival, the communication was great - above what anyone would usually expect. One of my first questions is the wifi, because I travel a lot, but that also means I have to work sometimes. And, the wifi was GREAT, no problems. We went the week prior to Christmas, travelled home Christmas Day to beat the crowds (which, I really recommend). The location is central and quiet. Not a busy hopping hotel, but a quiet condo with respectful neighbors. The pool and beach are right out the patio walkway. That was super-nice. The minor things that came up like satellite TV or beach gate code were quickly answered or addressed by management on site. OH... do check the propane tank when you first arrive, so if you plan to use it you won't be unpleasantly surprised. When we discovered it was after 7pm and mgmt gone. Thinking about it, we could have went next door to switch out, but made do in the well-equipped kitchen. Diane provided a recommendation list of places to dine, things to enjoy, and anything else you may be looking for while visiting. It was all so gratefully appreciated and useful. Mama Mias restaurant a quick beach walk away was nice to be able to sit close to the beach and have the view. Sardinias at the top of the hill a few doors down we ended up eating at 3 times. Coconut Shrimp, Crab Benedict and Clam Chowder all highly recommended. Other than that, it was easy to get Ubers and head to San Jose del Cabo for dining and other adventures. Easy to get an Uber, meeting place at the Oxxo at the top of the driveway. Easy enough to get them to drop you off close to the door when returning which is especially helpful when you have groceries. Security guards were super helpful and friendly. Grounds are well-kept and were festively decorated for the holidays. That was nice to see. Note that while there is satellite tv, the settings are in Eastern Time Zone. So, if you plan to watch something keep the time difference in mind. Which, wasn't a big deal because we didn't sit around watching TV much. Diane's place is really wonderful. Whenever we return to Cabo I would re-rent anytime. They also have a 2 bedroom right next door if you have a group or larger family. We had a few cervezas waiting for us and were sure to leave several for the next group. That is a nice set-up. Enjoy!

Great Getaway

We loved our condo. It was very peaceful, and central to everything we needed. Be sure to go to Flora Farm for lunch or dinner while you’re in San Jose.

Wonderful Vacation!

After the stress of the past year we found the perfect get away at this condo. The setting couldn't be more beautiful - lush green lawn bordering on the sandy beach and ocean beyond. Perfect for whale watching and the sound of the surf put us to sleep every night! The unit itself is clean and comfortable and our hosts could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a fabulous time and can't wait to come back again next year!

We came to Cabo for our first trip without kids. The resort is absolutely beautiful very well kept and very clean. Nice and quiet perfect for a couple. Our room was perfect, everything we needed, clean and cozy!!!! Great location, easy enough to get anywhere you need and lots of places to eat!!! Loved this resort, loved Cabo and will return again.

Perfect condo in San Jose

From the moment we entered the complex we were in awe. From the friendly security guards to the beautiful grounds. We entered the condo and was so impressed with the decor and how everything was perfect and so clean! The patio was the icing on the cake. Very large for a 1BR, some covered some not which is key. We were able to escape the morning sun if needed. Beyond the first impression, the condo had amenities that are not expected but are appreciated. First, real knives! More than 4 plates and silverware! Storage containers and plastic wrap! The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower is a nice touch. The owners leave staples and condiments in the fridge, its nice not to buy a whole bottle of mustard for one meal. They also leave leftover beer and liquor! So a quick run up to the corner store for mixer was all we needed to get to the pool before the big shopping trip for the week. The pools;. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. One pool is cold...maybe a little too. The shallow pool is warmer, maybe a little too much. Apparently the hot tub is only hot in the morning and night. Makes sense, but didn't go for an evening dip because we thought it was cold! Next time... All in all, we loved our stay. What this unit misses with the view of the surf it makes up for with comfort and convieince. Did I mention how easy it is to make drinks and take them to the pool... you're right there! We slept with the bedroom slider open..felt very safe and minimal people walk past the unit to the pool so privacy was not an issue. We will be back and look forward to staying in this beautiful unit again.

We bought our first condo at El Zalate in 1995! We were among the first owners and have loved it! We own the two bedroom next door and now just bought this one bedroom since our family continues to expand. Our children have grown up here and now are bringing their families. It truly is paradise!

We love the quiet, friendly atmosphere of El Zalate! We love the convenience of being on the first floor. Our condo is tucked away so you're not in the traffic pattern but have the convenience of being steps away from the pool and beach. So convenient for snacks and bathroom breaks!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We sleep with our doors open so we can listen to the waves at night. There's no highway noise where we are, only the sound of the waves:)
