Our "piece of heaven" -Ocean View Villa-just steps from the beach is waiting for you! We have tried to think of everything to make your stay a memorable one, whether you are a single traveler or a family with small children. Enjoy the beach, miles of biking trails, golf, great restaurants, a variety of water activities, shopping--- or choose to stay in and unwind with a large screen Smart TV, games, movies, books and view of the beach.
Our villa is on the second floor of the C-building and includes: beach chairs, umbrella & wagon (PLEASE rinse chairs, beach wagon and toys at showers located by the pool to reduce sand brought into the Villa) , books, DVDs, board games, USB outlet, wine chiller, 55" Smart TV in living room, cable TV, WiFi internet, HDMI cable (ready for your gaming system) 40" TV in bedroom, Keurig coffee maker, kitchen with under counter dimmable lighting, ceiling fans in bedroom and living room, double ceiling fan on patio and bar stools on the patio to enjoy beach view.
In addition, we provide all linens (sheets, towels, dish towels) a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags etc.
On premises outdoor activities include: beach access to ocean, 2 pools and kiddie pool, 6 tennis courts, 12 pickle ball courts, children's playground, bike rentals, walking and biking trails, fitness facility, grilling and picnic areas, pizza parlor, sports bar and seasonal beach restaurant , Jamaica Monz Snow-Cone/Ice Cream shack, beach volleyball and 24 hour security.
During the Summer there are movies by the pool and crafts for kids, along with many other family fun activities organized by the complex.
In addition to our wonderful on-site restaurants Jamaica Joe'z and Coconutz Sports Bar ---check out the local Hilton Head Brewery and Hilton Head Distillery as well as the Island Winery.

During the summer months we rent weekly only. Check in 4 pm & check out 10am Saturday.
Please let us know if you or your family are in need of any special accommodations. This unit is NOT recommended as spacious enough for 6 adults, even close adults. Perfect for a couple, 2 couples or a couple with "littles".

Short Fall Visit to Hilton Head Beach

My daughter, myself and my 2 grandkids had a lovely time together at Hilton Head Tennis and Beach Resort. Check-in was a breeze and the condo was immaculate. We stayed 3 nights and wished we could have stayed there longer. Kids couldn’t wait to see the beach and it was great to load up the chairs provided and head out on the short walk. It was an amazing time.

So much fun!

I stayed with my husband, and two small children. This condo was perfect for us. Very clean. My 4 year old loved all the board games that were there. We had everything we needed there, literally. The resort itself was great. We truly had the best time. We contacted the property manager twice and both times our questions were answered almost immediately. Would definitely stay here again. 😁

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo! We have 3 kids, 13, 9, and 8 and had ample space. They made great use of the space, it was nicely updated, and every space was well thought out to work perfectly for all your needs. There were many beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart. They even stocked coffee and teas. It’s a perfect unit in proximity to the beach, pool, restaurant, and ice cream/shaved ice stand. The pool has many activities for kids that make this condo extra great: night time movie with cotton candy, music trivia with popcorn, hair braiding, DJ with games/contests, etc. Our kids loved it! Food was great at restaurant and drinks great at the pool bar. We will be back!

Great location + Clean and affordable

We had a great time in Hilton Head. This unit was in the perfect location, with literally steps to the beach. Clean, great price. If you are looking to sleep more than two you should know that there is only one actual bedroom, with one full sized bed and then a bunk bed. It was just my husband and myself so it was perfect for us two.

Excellent accommodation

Everything at this condo was excellent . The kitchen was clean and equipped with everything we needed . The location to the pool and the beach was very good , and was a very clean area. My husband abd I both enjoyed staying at the condo , and felt very safe with a security person at the entrance gate at all times.

Great Location and Resort

Stayed with my family which included 3 kids during peak vacation season. Property and room were exactly as described. Location and Resort are great, room is very close to the pool, bar, and beach, and my kids loved all the activities during the week (and the playground/basketball court). Easy access to other parts of HHI as well. Hosts were very responsive to any needs/questions we had. Overall very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend this unit!

Perfect for a couple!

Absolutely perfect size for a couple. The condo was updated nicely and had every amenity we needed - down to a choice between keurig and regular drip coffee maker! It has everything we needed for an easy weekend trip. We will absolutely stay again on our next trip to HHI!

Great Condo with Everything You Need

My husband and I stayed at this condo for our birthdays. It was perfect for us. Everything we needed was provided. Clean and tidy. We sat on the covered balcony, ate at the on site restaurants, and walked to the beach. It is in a great quote location. Would definitely book again if ever in the area.

Folly Field Beach Villa

The villa was clean, comfortable and the owners are very responsive and nice! We are very thankful the owners who have allowed their unit to be rented so we could enjoy a Fabolous relaxing vacation at the beach. The unit had everything we needed and was close proximity to everything. We can tell the owners have cared for their unit as everything was updated and nicely decorated. Also, very thankful that the sheets, towels and beach chairs etc. were all provided! Hoping to be back again!

Great first time at Folly Field

It was our first time on HHI. It was great being right on the beach! For some reason, I thought the bunks would be a little bigger. Only thing I would change would be to clean up the porch a little and consolidate things for one more seat. Overall great stay!

Room was a little different from my expectations. Wasn’t expecting the bunk beds to be in the same room as the main bed. Sharing a room with teen kids isn’t ideal, lol.

Our names are Susan and Jim. We have lived in metro Atlanta for many years, although we only met then married several years ago.
We both grew up close to the ocean; Susan on Long Island N.Y and Jim in the Seattle Washington area. Our first visit to Hilton Head we fell in love with the area and purchased our beach villa shortly thereafter.
We enjoy a variety of activities while in Hilton Head. Our family and friends often join us to enjoy all our place has to offer.

We love being by the beach! Hilton Head Beach and Tennis (HHBT) offers so many amenities that other properties did not. The property is extremely well maintained with many activities within walking distance. It is also a great place whether you are single, a couple or family. There is something for everyone.
When we purchased our Villa, we completed a number of renovations adding modern touches with our Guests in mind.

Why this property? Beautiful landscaping, view of the ocean from the balcony, so much to do on property and off.
We love how close we are to nature and modern conveniences at the same time.
Our villa offers us a place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of a big city, while still being close to home.
While in Hilton Head, we prefer to be on "island time".
