The Primary suite in this home away from home is a haven of relaxation, featuring a luxurious King bed, direct balcony access, and a flat-screen TV. We had a great week! The condo was well equipped and clean. The only thing I would add is a dustpan for the broom! Great location and beautiful unit!

Perfect beach stay!

The location was perfect & the decor was exquisitely beautiful! Plenty of space to relax and all necessary amenities were included in the kitchen. Check-in was a breeze and parking was easy access. Definitely recommend for a family trip!

Will stay there again

We enjoyed our stay even though we had to leave a day early due to husband having to be hospitalized. Very clean and nice place to stay.

Great location.

Great property in a great location. Very quiet end of the beach that was never too busy. The room had all the amenities needed to make the stay comfortable.

Short vacation with friends and family

Very good experience, exactly as pictured and presented. Staff on site were friendly and quickly handled the only complaint we had. Would gladly stay there again.

View of the inlet was perfect!

The condo was exactly as described in the listing. We enjoyed the balcony and watched the endless boats parade through the cut.

Wonderful Condo

The condo has the best view of the Perdido Pass and we watched the boats go by everyday. Condo has everything you need!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view!

Condo was very nice and the view was beautiful! We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it. Only suggestions I have is to add some hangers in the closets and a larger tv in the front guest bedroom would be better.

Great location on the beach

The condo was great to stay in - the location allows a wonderful view of the pass and the sunrise. Everything was in good working condition and very clean and quiet. It's tucked away from the road, so you have to pay attention to turn on the unmarked road to get to it, but the secure parking was easy to get into and out. Overall, it was a great place to stay for the 2 weeks and I would come back again!

Spring Break 2023

Great property and location! Only thing that was inconvenient was how far the beach was from the end of the boardwalk. Be prepared to drag your coolers and things a long way!

Grand Pointe 605

Good place to stay other than nasty beach. Seaweed and dead sea life washed up on the beach. I guess it’s was because of being the last piece of property next to the jetty.

Hi Tim, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunly, we only manage the condo you stayed in. When we get a tropical storm in the Gulf it can turn up the water and wash things on the shore. Even with the storm not headed to our beach, it still greatly effects it. We hope next time the beach will be better for you and your family.

Loved it would boom again!

Only complaint was the internet was really difficult to rely on, even after a new router install. The networks aren’t private and so anyone can just get on your network then it kicks you off and repeat. We loved the unit and found the location and view to be superb. Would FOR SURE book again with Liquid Life!

October 2022 Visit to Orange Beach

My wife, her mother, my sister and I visited for 4 days in October. The condo is very nice. The only issue is the toilet in the master bathroom needs to be repaired. I will be glad when the renovation is complete. Out last visit in April of this year it was the painting and other work. Currently, it is the floor of the lobby.

Great condo for a family of 5!

This condo was wonderful! Great location and on the beach. The condo was clean, and beautifully updated and decorated. Lots of space for a family, 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, with a bunk room with 5 beds! The walk to the beach was pretty long as the property sits back a bit. It probably also felt longer because the heat index was 110° during our stay! Just know that in advance if you plan to go back and forth from room to beach like we do. The only downside to this property was issues with over communication from Liquid Life (over 10 emails and texts about my upcoming stay which is a bit much) and then Miscommunication with the maintenance of the property. The maintenance crew and management of Grand Pointe were very rude. Apparently another unit below us had complained of a leak, but instead of letting us know or asking in advance, they just barged in without letting us know they were coming. They came in and out with 5 different people at different times for 2 days… and still never found a leak. No one was apologetic about interfering with our vacation. I would definitely work on this issue so it doesn’t ruin 2/6 days of someone’s expensive vacation.
