Dear Readers, I waited over 5yrs to have stayed in this condo, not what I ever imagined. When My Husband & I started to video tape our grand entrance we were stunned by the ocean view but shocked by the mess! I spent the first 3 hours of my vacation cleaning and scrubbing before I could ever allow my family to situate themselves. We stayed 9 days 8 nights and never received WiFi connection. A simple but very important service. I messaged Mrs. Criss for some assistance. On day 1 and not a single reply. Not exactly the customer service I expected from what I expected to be one of my dream vacations. I sent her pictures of the mess in the condo, not a single worry on her end. When I got to the bed in the guest bedroom. We couldn’t believe our eyes to find the bed infested with bugs. Now another chore on day 1… I immediately let her know about the bed bugs she sent a pest control company on our 7th day! Wow, Now we had strangers pest controlling once again during our stay, not to mention while we were not there to arrive to a note saying we treated your condo while you were gone… Thanks for NO Heads up… When we thought our privacy was safe and secure while we were out… I finally let her know if she needed any help managing this Condo, I could definitely help! I feel so sorry for the owners she is “Managing this condo for”, and sad to say any upcoming renters, because she is doing such a lousy job! #dirty,#buginfested#no service….
