Welcome to the community of Sugarwood Beach, one of the most secluded and peaceful neighborhoods in the Seagrove community. Our 2,000 square-foot home sits on a .3 acre wooded lot near the end of Wood Beach Drive, on the edge of a cul-de-sac. Its quiet location is a haven during high season, when 30A is in full swing and a bit crowded and noisy. It features a garage, fireplace and a backyard for nature lovers that is a certified Wildlife Habitat.
Two spacious bedrooms sleep six (one king, one queen, bunkbeds) and there are 2 sofas in the living room and sunroom. In 2017, we renovated from top to bottom including all new flooring (wood tile and gorgeous, herringbone carpet), new glass pendants over the peninsula in the kitchen and new overhead lighting in the living room. We extended heating and cooling into the sunroom so it's a perfect perch year round for nature watching.
2 parking spots in the driveway. No street parking.
It's a 15 minute walk to the beach and we have dedicated access with bike racks. Beach chairs tend to come and go in our garage, so to be on the safe side, rent or bring your own.
Thanks - Mary Leigh and Ross Howell
