Will definitely consider staying here again. Its all about the location. You are literally 30 yards from the Great Southern Cafe. Very convenient to stay directly on Seaside.

Chic, stylish apartment with the perfect location! We were comfy and close to all the magic and beauty of 30A. The host was responsive and amazing! Highly recommend!

The absolute perfect location!!! We could walk everywhere within 5 minutes. Such a charming spot, clean, well maintained, safe, comfortable. Loved our stay here!!!

Great location in the heart of Seaside village. Parking easy with prepaid pass, and no need to move the car because we walked everywhere! The unit was comfortable and spacious for two, air conditioner was nice and cold for sleeping on the comfy queen sized bed. Loved it! Thank you!

We had a very good experience with the property.The location was very close to everything which made it very convenient to walk everywhere, a big plus for us. We had a minor inconvenience with a smoke alarm which the manager handled promptly. We appreciated the Manager’s quick response to our text notification and visit to the property to resolve the issue. High marks for responsiveness. It’s a good value and terrific location. We highly recommend.

We loved staying here for our anniversary. It's the perfect location and Bert was so accommodating. We've stayed here twice and will be back again!

Location was great. Owner was very nice and easy tobreach for any questions. Perfect for a get away. Roof top gave awesome views. Space is perfect for 2 people.

My husband and I had a great time in Seaside and staying at Picasso Sun. Picasso Sun is within walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping.

Perfect for a couple getaway!

We stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful property. It's an absolutely wonderful place located right in the heart of Seaside. It's a short walk to the beach and the rooftop deck is magical. This is an amazing place!

Great Seaside Location

The unit is exactly as described - cozy, perfect for a couple, and in a great location. We will rent from Bert again in the future.

Great location in the heart of seaside

Great location, easy to walk to nearby shops and food trucks, and beach. Would recommend if location is your most important factor! Owner communicated well! Thanks for a great stay!

Fall in Seaside

Difficult to find and parking can be a problem, but overall stay was good. Great location to shopping and restaurants.

GPS does not work well in Seaside, therefore, I send all of my guests EXPLECITE directions, and if guests download, print and bring with them, it is not difficult to find. I also tell folks upfront that parking can be a challenge, but in every busy and popular resort where so many visitors wish to explore, parking will always be a challenge.

Parisian Apartment

The place was perfectly located to access restaurants and shops but enough off the beaten path not to be crowded. The roof top space was wonderful and well appointed with a view of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again! The owner was very responsive and onsite often.
