Condo has been completely renovated pictures coming this week.

Your home away from home awaits you here on beautiful Saint Simons Island Ga. Welcome to Shipwatch, a family friendly complex right on the beach where this condo will have all of the necessities for a perfect beach vacation. There is some excellent restaurants within walking distance or you can prepare your own meals in the full kitchen. Supplied with the condo is 2 beach cruiser bikes, some beach chairs, beach towels, a few beach toys, and a cart to haul everything down there and back. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed and other bedroom has 2 twins. Government per diem's accepted depending on length of stay.

Great location! Slept our family of 5 comfortably. Super dog friendly- saw many people with their dogs! Pool area was nice. Plenty of seating. We used the grill area for lunch. Beach was a hike but and hard if you have mobility issues. Beach is clean and beautiful- so worth the walk!! Bring insect repellent for the gnats which are everywhere.

Great start for my family of 4. Perfect location, lots of restaurants within 2 miles, and beautiful views! The host was very quick in responding and answered all of my questions!

Loved everything about this place. Convenient location, gated, and easy walk to the beach from the room. The host had all the beach accessories and sand toys you needed. He was also very nice and quick with all communication. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The room was nice and clean I just wish we were told there was a huge marsh between our place and the beach. If we weren’t there for the Fourth of July. We would have had more fun it’s just all the other beach access were full and blocked off my police and there were shady characters in the marsh at times trying to walk down paths. Parking was madness but I will say they had a very nice officer that watched over the property and residents really well. If you are familiar with the area and it’s not a holiday weekend it would be a better trip.

Ben the property manager is very responsive. The condo is very nice. The kitchen needs to be better stocked. We were able to hear the renters above us talking so either the vents are connected or the ceiling is thin. Nice bikes and beach gear.

Awesome stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay,friendly and very accessible to beach area. Beautiful place and would stay again and let friends know of this amazing place. Thank you very much Mr. Ben! Planning to book for next summer, if the Lord’s willing.

Owner super nicePlace was just “used” and not clean5th different condo I’ve stayed in at this complex and it was the bottom of the 5Has a little bit of everything and a whole lot of nothing in the condoSo not go without bug spray- mosquitos free terrible the minute you walk out door and everywhere- i mean you are swatting ever minute you are outside and have to kill the ones that come in with youThe good- easy to get too- furniture good- tvs good- major appliances good- washing machine ok and works but small and dryer slow to dry- dishwasher and microwave are nice- water pressure good- bikes and beach stuff a nice touch- a/c is cold and works well- patio furniture and fans on Patio are nice- The bad- front door is hard to open from inside- in fact my older mother and friend could not open from inside- could hear lots of noise from people upstairs and in front bedroom - blinds in front room terrible w no curtain and room has more light coming in windows at night than during the day- paint peeling or chipping on walls - no garbage disposal- no fans inside condo in den or bedrooms- pans/pots dated and not good- toaster not goodThe ugly- needs a deep cleaning terribly (would fix a lot)- stains on couch, pillows, sheets- i spent 2 hours wiping down kitchen/floors, cleaning base boards, toilets and shower- dust, dirt, hairs, (mold in toilets) , oxidation everywhere- underneath beds were scary- no extra linens- sheets and comforters ok but cheap- towels all mismatches-

Nice place. Great location. Many amenities. Only 2 small complaints: no toiletries and the coffee pot appeared to have never have been washed.

This is a well located condo. It’s older construction but I really liked that it is a corner unit and has a very pleasant balcony. And the complex has a lovely common area with a pool and barbecue options, plus good access to the beach. I would stay there again.

I loved this rental, very clean and perfect location. We could have walked or rode bikes to almost everything but it was raining throughout the stay, so we drove. This is my new favorite beach. We’ve been going to Destin for years and it has become way overcrowded and lost the beach vibe! St Simone’s has not! It was beautiful!
