Window unit Air Conditioner located in living room above couch. There are no A/Cs' in the bedrooms, however there are many fans in the closets and on the ceilings.

Beach Toy located in storage room in carport: Surfboards, Boogie Boards, Skim Boards, San Castle Equipment, Beach balls, Volleyball, Football, Beach Games, Bikes, etc...

This Duplex is two blocks from Belmont Park (Mission Beach Amusement Park): indoor olympic size pool and , jacuzzi, and health club. PS- 8/24/26- The building across the court and down a couple houses has been demolished and will be in the process of rebuilding soon. We do not know when they will start because the owner of the lot has not notified anyone of any plans. They could start sometime within the next 2 years per normal Coastal Commission approved building procedure time frames. Noise could be experienced from construction in the future and possibility during your stay. Please consider this when renting this property. We will keep updating this page with each stage during their construction build once they start.
