The house was beautiful and in a perfect location to walk to area restaurants and to catch the ferry over to Cumberland Island. We were on a girls trip with six of us and the house was perfect!

We went to st Mary’s to go over to Cumberland island. The house was just a short walk to the ferry. The house is beautiful and very clean, nicely decorated and accommodated the 9 of us perfectly. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a beautiful, well cared for old home and the interaction with the host was very helpful.The Ferry to the National Park was a highlight...I would recommend the full day version of the options for staying on the island and suggest bringing a picnic lunch.

Our stay was really nice. We enjoyed local restaurants and parks. The property was in a walkable location. Very large and comfortable bedrooms and plenty of parking. Beth, the host, responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely book again in the future.

Perfect getaway weekend.

Perfect getaway weekend in a quaint town with easy access to Cumberland Island. The house was perfect for our group of 8. Beautiful bedrooms and comfy space to reconnect and enjoy a few days with very special friends.

The property was centrally located to everything we needed. We came for a funeral and the church was right around the corner. There was lots to do for every age range at all times of the day. The kids were exhausted when they left but will have good memories

Great house for family gathering

The location is just perfect for a nice stroll to the waterfront. Our family loves staying here for a memorial golf tournament each year. House is in excellent condition for a 120 year old house. It’s on a quiet street but close to shops/restaurants.

We had an excellent stay at the Rose Lovell home in St. Mary's. The home was perfect for accommodating our group who were visiting for a family get together and the high school graduation of our grandson.This home has such a history and the rooms and furnishings were wonderful.We all cherished the time spent!

We celebrated a birthday at the house and it was just wonderful. The inside of the house was just like the pictures. Would absolutely stay there again.

Such a beautiful historic home!!

This home has all the conveniences you need in the setting of a beautiful historic home! Just two blocks from the waterfront with access to the Cumberland island ferry. Very walkable area and so peaceful

Great house in a great locatoin

My extended family and I had a wonderful time. The house was plenty big enough for the 10 of us, and it was centrally located so we could walk to most of the activities and restaurants. I highly recommend the Rose Lovell House.

Beautiful restored inn -- great for larger groups!

This beautiful historic inn built in 1907 was a wonderful place to stay with friends for a long weekend getaway. The place is stocked with amenities and kitchen essentials. The host is VERY responsive if ANYTHING came up and we communicated things well. Would highly recommend this LOVELY place!! Lovely town and surrounding area as well.
