This property sits on a wooded corner lot with towering live oaks that provide a scenic backdrop to any group getaway. The home features a large gourmet kitchen with 3 ovens, perfect for holidays, family reunions, or anyone who loves to cook. There are two large bedrooms including the master with king beds downstairs with two more bedrooms and a sleeping nook upstairs. And the heated in-ground pool will provide endless hours of fun. Close to resort areas but far enough to be quiet & relaxing. Shopping is only minutes away. HVAC system has recently been upgraded to include UV filtration to eliminate organic particles including viruses.

An excellent golf adventure

We found the combinations to exceed our expectation. We are a group of eight men who enjoy getting together every year for an annual Golf event. I will highly recommend this home to anyone with a large family or a group of golfers, looking for a great experience or venture.

St Mary’s stay

Great home for a large group. Were there for a wedding at the nearby park. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were awesome! So wonderful that each of us had our own. The pool was super clean and very pleasant. Overall we enjoyed it very much. Owners were terrific to work with!! Check out st Mary’s village/downtown… it’s very charming!

St. Mary's Trip

The house was very clean and very well stocked with everything a traveler could need. The hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. They communicated everything that we needed to know and even offered tips on places to see and go during our trip. I would definitely recommend staying at this property!

St. Mary’s Adventures

Perfect

The house was perfect for our 3-generation family vacation. It was nice to have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for the 8 of us. The numerous ovens came in handy cooking for our family. The kids loved the pool! Perfect location for all of the things that we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Home! Perfect for large family!

Loved the number of rooms and space in this house. Perfect for our large family trip with cousins! The pool area was so nice too and loved how close it was to the various beaches/islands.

Southern Charm

A beautiful property in a charming location surrounded by live oaks and Spanish moss, close to Kings Bay NS. The house had tons of room, all the amenities were in good working order, and the beautiful pool was a bonus. Perfect for a large family or group.

Great accommodations

House fit our crew nicely. Everyone had their own space if needed but we spent most of our time in the common areas of the house which were able to handle our crew of nine plus the day visits of an added 3. We found the house well equipped and enjoyed our stay.

Great pool, great house, great host!

Dana’s house was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 friends for the week. The pool was amazing- plenty of shade during the hottest part of the day under a beautiful tree, and no bugs because it’s screened in. Dana was very helpful and quick to answer questions. We look forward to staying here again!

Perfect family and friends getaway

The house was huge! We had plenty of room for my family and my friends' family. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the neighborhood is charming. We loved how many homes were decorated for Halloween. The shops and restaurants in St Marys were an easy drive. We spent one day on Cumberland which was just as beautiful as the pictures!

The house was very nice with plenty of sleeping arrangements and is very close to the Kings Bay Military Base which we were meeting our son at. The pool was great to have as it was hot and humid while we were there.

Loved the house & location!

We had my grandson's graduation party there & the house was able to accommodate everyone comfortably. We really enjoyed the pool. The upstairs shower/bathtub has a drainage issue.

Summer Get Away

This is a great place to spend summer days with friends. The house is spacious, the rooms clean and the kitchen is perfect. It is situated close to Amelia Island and Historic downtown Saint Mary’s. Easy trips to restaurants and attractions and a great place to just spend the day around the pool. The check in and out process easy. We LOVED our time here. No question that we will stay again and recommend to others.
