Relax and enjoy the beautiful white sand and majestic beaches on the shores of Panama City Beach in this upscale condominium with island cottage décor. Located on the 18th floor in the east building. This spacious condo has the best floor plan in Panama City Beach! Our Beach and Ocean front condo has 2 Master bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a bunk area and can comfortably sleep 6-8.

Watch the sunrise from the balcony of this upscale condominium and relax and play on the best beaches on the Emerald Coast. Along with the two master bedrooms that both overlook the ocean, it also has a bunk area, a living room with a beautiful ocean view and wrap around balcony access, a full service gourmet kitchen with a bar and, a six seated dining area and many more extras!!! Additionally, this unit is handicap accessible.

Enjoy the tropical and relaxing atmosphere of Splash with beautifully landscaped plush grounds, 3 heated pools, a lazy river, a bi-level waterpark, dive-in movie theatre, full exercise gym, game room,
and seasonal pool side bar. Splash also offers outdoor grills for grilling fresh seafood or burgers.

Splash is located on the west end of Panama City and 30 minutes east of Destin. Situated beside the Celadon and close to the Sand Piper Beacon, Splash is just minutes away from Pier Park shops, restaurants, and entertainment at Panama Grand Theatre and Dave and Busters!

Splash Resort requires a one-time $35 fee, payable at the registration desk, which covers one parking pass and pool wristbands for guests aged 12 and older. Each additional vehicle will incur an extra $35 fee

My husband and I took our 3 kids to Splash resort and really enjoyed ourselves. This condo was just what we needed. We had one minor issue with one of the beds but the owner was quick to respond and it was quickly handled/fixed. I would definitely recommend to friends/family and I would stay here again.

We had a beautiful stay. My kids always love coming to splash. We decided to rent a 2 bedroom propertythis time and everyone loved it. It was well maintained and stocked with everything.

We had a great little trip. Condolences is actually much bigger in person than the pictures make it look. Very large bathrooms. It was actually a corner unit, so probably bigger than other units with a similar floor plan. We loved being on the 18th floor. Host responded to me in a very timely manner. It was super clean when we arrived. The resort could use some upgrades for sure, but the food down at the pool bar was surprisingly good!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were even better than expected! It was so nice to have the beach toys there for the boys. The beach, pools and common areas were exceptional as well. We had a minor glitch when the elevators stopped working for a couple of hours one afternoon, The trek up 18 floors of steps was unexpected but not terrible. Other than that, there were minor waits for the elevators, but to be expected.Thank you for the wonderful time. We were so pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the unit. The view from the deck was spectacular. A trip of a lifetime for 3 little boys.

Loved this condo with the 2 masters, its actually prettier in person than in the pics. The splash pad, pools and waterpark were great. Host was very responsive and helpful, my faughter accidentally left her keys there and they sent them to us promply!! Will definitely be truing to stay here again next trip to PCB.

We had a lot of fun and really enjoyed our stay. While I feel we didn’t spend a ton of time in the condo, it was a great, clean, home away for home for the week. I will say it’s probably been one of the cleanest beach condos we’ve stayed in. Thanks and hope to be back in the future!

The decor of the condo gave it a great beach vibe! Very clean and had everything you need!

Jamie was great to work with, we didn’t have any problems, just parked, got our parking and pool passes and went right to the condo. Great location, very spacious and clean and we had an awesome week!!

Great vacation spot

We have stayed at Splash multiple times. This trip was very enjoyable. Our room was super cute and spacious. There was more than enough room for the 5 of us. The corner balcony was lovely. They have everything you need to be comfortable, extra pillows, hangers and multiple coffee pots. Hope this room is available next time we visit

Absolutely Amazing

Highly recommend this condo. This was our first trip to Panama City Beach and we will definitely be returning! Everything was great and we had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Jamie even made sure we got checked in ok and that everything was satisfactory. One of the best experiences we've had!

Fantastic September Getaway

Our family likes to vacation at Panama City Beach in the fall when we get the chance, and Splash is our favorite place to stay! The kids love the beach, but the pools are great too. They are covered so the kids can still swim if rain rolls in. This unit was very clean and the owner was great to work with. If we had any questions, the response was quick! We had to cut our time short this time due to a death in the family, but the owner was understanding and accommodating. We definitely will look to stay here again!

Amazing condo

I have to say, the pictures for this condo does not do it justice. It is beautifully decorated. Amazing views. It was a bit chilly, so the grandbaby was unable to enjoy the water slides and attractions, but we know to book a bit later next time. :) But a wonderful stay and condo. Owners are very attentive to all needs, and responce quickly. Thank you Jamie for sharing your peace of heaven.
