Vacation with the Grands

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this condo for a quick trip with our 7 grandchildren (ages 2-18). We had plenty space for everyone. With the porperty being ocean front with a splash pad for the little ones, a lazy river and swimming pools, we had everything we needed on site.

We stayed here for six days. The room was very nice and spacious. The location was wonderful. Views were absolutely beautiful. We loved the lazy river. The only complaints we have is the cell service is awful, I mean the absolutely terrible. We could barely receive calls or text. So if you have to do any business that requires internet service or cell service you may be very disappointed. The next thing is the elevators. My goodness the elevators are another thing that took a little time away from enjoying our stay here. We were waiting sometimes 30-45 minutes for an elevator. Overall I would stay here again though bc the place itself is beautiful. We did enjoy our stay.

We had an amazing time at “The Oasis”! The condo we stayed at was very clean and matched the pictures on VRBO! The owner was easy to contact, kind, and helpful! The condo was high up with a beautiful ocean view! We will definitely be back to stay!

The condo was very dirty. Old food and toys under the coffee table (with wheels on it) so it can be moved when using the pull out couch. The glass doors were filthy with hand prints. The tables had dirt all over them and the floors weren’t clean either. When you sit in the living room you can see all of the dirt and grime. The bed in one room was broken, but that was resolved. Overall, the condo felt filthy. Very disappointed

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo. Clean and updated. Perfect for multi family or large family vacations. Having the extra bathroom is also a huge plus.

lots of room

very pleasant stay in orange beach for the festival. the condo had plenty of room for our group and the balcony overlooking the water was lovely. the condo is a bit dated and was not as clean as i would have expected when we checked in on thursday.

Perfect location

We vacationed with our family friends and really enjoyed our stay. There property was great and provided several options for fun since it was a little too chilly to be at the beach for too long. We went to the indoor pool, played pickleball, and basketball. The trip to Gulf Shores shopping and restaurants was short and one we took daily! We’d definitely stay here again!

The condo itself was nice and we loved that each room had its own bathroom, allowing people more privacy. Unfortunately mattresses were so broken down no one was able to get any sleep.

Great Condo

The Condo is amazing and the building is great for a family. The slide and lazy river are awesome the kids loved it. The restaurant and bar was really convenient too, even though it’s a little expensive. The only downside was the mattresses were terrible but nothing and new mattress wouldn’t fix them it would be perfect. The view of the oven was amazing as well.

Awesome Family Vacay

The unit has wonderful views of the ocean and we enjoyed several meals on the balcony. The beds were super comfy and the living room furniture was great for snuggling up to watch a movie and of course the ocean was awesome. It has easy access to everything - the beach, pool, lazy river , restaurants, shopping etc. My teenagers even said they were sad to leave.

Orange Beach

The condo and building were clean and very pretty. However, there are 6 elevators for 32 floors. When we arrived on a Saturday evening, it took 40 minutes to get on an elevator to just get to the condo. TERRIBLE building design. We learned to get on the elevator whether it was going up or down to be able to get on one to get to where we needed to be.

Nice beach vacation

Property was great size with an amazing view. The Oasis facility is even better. We loved the adult pool, beach access, lazy river, and the snack bar/bar that was located on the ground floor. Secure parking that was easy to get in and out of. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had what we needed. Cons: read the instructions you get after booking. It was disappointing that we needed to take a trip to the store on the second day to get hand soap and trash bags (tiny bar provided. 1 trash bag provided). Not what I expected when paying $500 dollars a night. Beds were in poor shape. They were sagging whenever you’d lay down, and creaked with every move. Not a comfortable sleep. Overall it was a nice stay!

Family trip

Rented the unit for my family of 5. Enough room for everyone to have their own bed, sit together for breakfasts and lunch. The bedding is somewhat comfortable but very noisy (enough to wake the sleeping partner when they moved), doors creak loudly when opening/closing and front king bed bathtub needs some drain help. VERY slow to drain. The complex itself is wonderful. Elevators quick, amenities galore my only complaint would be somewhere you should be told that children under the age of 4 can not use slide. One of the reasons I paid extra to stay at this property. After a quick meltdown with my 3 yr old grandson he enjoyed the lazy River and pool. Overall a great trip and would recommend this unit if you don’t mind being that high up.

Dirty tub jets

The condo was as described. We drew bath for my grandaughter in jet tub. When we turned on jets a large glob of long hair came out of jets. It continued to spew out hair. I don't think this tubs jets had been cleaned in a long time. That was the end of anyone bathing in bathtub. Also master mattress could use to be replaced. Bed very uncomfortable. I called Julia our contact person and she had housekeeping come up And disinfect tub, Jets in tub were never cleaned out when we stayed there. Even after complaint. Maintenance should have come up to inspect jets
