The house is adorable and in an amazing location. We have two young kids 16mo and 3 years. We needed to buy a baby gate so they couldn’t access the loft area. If you have young kids who are light sleepers be aware that it’s an old house and the floor are very creaky.

Perfect location and space for our my husband, myself and our 7 yr old. Close to great restaurants, walking trails and playgrounds. Beautiful space to relax in.

Great location

Great location, walkable to many restaurants and downtown Bend. Our family enjoyed our stay. Very clean.

Great location

This is a cute house in a great location in Bend. We would stay here again. It was very clean and only a few blocks from some great restaurants.

Location is fantastic! Short walk to lovely local grocery and across from a tasty bakery. Many other food and coffee options (including my kids' fav - frozen yogurt) all within a very short walk. 1 mile walk to downtown Old Bend - super cute and a fun way to spend a few hours or enjoy great meal by the river. House was perfect for a family of 5. Fully equipped kitchen and great deck for grilling. Two bedrooms on 1st floor and really cute, large treehouse-like bedroom on second floor. It was very hot in Bend during our stay. The upstairs bedroom had its own AC unit which struggled a bit with the heatwave, but at night it had some lovely windows to open and let out some of the hot air (we didn't realize they opened on the first night...so adding this as a tip for next guest). Overall a truly delightful house in a great location!

Great Spot for a Visit to Bend

This bungalow was perfect for our family of four for our stay in Bend. The owners were quick to respond and helpful. Great location and super cute home!

Christmas in Bend, OR

Cozy and comfortably furnished, perfect for our 3-generation family group for Christmas. Located in a nice walking neighborhood, and a convenient drive to skiing at Mt. Bachelor.

Great location with everything in walking distance. Property is very well maintained. Only thing negative I have to say is the downstairs floors were squeaky when being walked on. BUT, still would not deter me nor should deter anyone from booking here. Hosts were communicative and polite.

What a great place

The house is super cute and I loved that there were bikes to use. It had everything we needed. The location does not get better! We had a such a great time enjoying the river and bend. I can’t wait to come back!!

Bend bungalow

We had a great stay here, house was clean and had everything needed. The location was perfect, grocery store right across the street, coffee shop and spork (some of the best food in town). Host was very responsive when we had an issue and remedied it quickly. Would stay here again and recommend to others (kids friendly)!

Amazing, amazing, amazing!

We LOVED this listing! Fantastic location near Drake Park, Newport Market and Spork. The house was clean, well stocked and welcoming. And Renee was fast and courteous in her responses to my messages. Absolutely saving this home’s listing for future stays in Bend :)

Great place to use as a basecamp for Bend activities

Enjoyed our stay on this quiet street in Bend. Across the street is a great cafe for coffee and pastries. Across from that, a grocery store. If you're itching to explore the downtown area, it's a short 10-min walk. Mt. Bachelor is 30-minutes out. Property manager was responsive to questions. The home is well stocked with supplies. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for our next visit.

Wonderful Place in Bend!

We loved our time here. Walkable, proximate to a local market and bakery/coffee shop. Daily walks over to Old Bend and the Deschutes River Trail. The house was perfect for our family of four. Plenty of space. Kids loved seeing the blue birds each morning while eating breakfast on outdoor eating space/deck. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals each day. Laundry room has all we needed. Will definitely return at some point!

charming and hip updated vintage cottage

We already love this little neighborhood of Bend so picking this cottage was easy - a block or two from many fabulous dining experiences and close to the park and downtown. The house itself is very nicely decorated, with attention to detail, a lovely backyard and a shower-head that will make you feel like you're draining the entire water tank, but is probably very conservation-friendly. :) Quiet street made for a good night's sleep.

Nice cottage in Bend!

We stayed a few nights in Bend, the cottage fit our family of 5 comfortably. The front of the house does look different than shown, the stairs are not blue and bushes are overgrown. Wasn’t sure if at correct place at first. Host was very responsive and quick to fix checkin technical issues. Overall, nice place and bikes were an added bonus. We used them a few times to get around town. Lovely bakery across the street, and market within walking distance.

Peanut Butter Pie

Loved this bungalow and the neighborhood, and the skiing, and the restaurants, and the bakery with the art, and the PEANUT BUTTER PIE at Deschutes Brewery downtown, and the instant warmth of the stove in the living room. Even my teen kids loved it. Had a brief snafu with entrance code, but Renee and Dylan returned my call in moments. The only hiccup in a really great week in Bend. Looking forward to spending some time in Bend in the summer.

Great location

This is a cute house that was perfect for our family. We did not have little kids or elderly. The upstairs bedroom has steep stairs, so something to consider for anyone with mobility issues. Although there was sleeping space for more than our 5, that would be challenging with only one bathroom. The floors creak with walking, as expected for the year of the home, but somethong to consider if some of your group are up throughout the night and others are trying to sleep. That said, we give this home 5 stars for our stay. We loved the character of the home. We appreciated the cleanliness, quality of bed linens, and the privacy curtains throughout. If we would have stayed another night we would have definitely used the deck, grill, and backyard. The central location with walking distance to Old Bend and river path can't be beat. The beds were comfortable and the dining room was great for games. We really enjoyed having the cafe/bakery so close to walk for morning coffee and breakfast. We would highly recommend and plan to stay again.
