Beautiful Suissevale beach private community. Close to the beach .3 mile drive or walk. Boat ramp, beach with trees for shade, 2 docks to swim out to. Crystal clear water, picnic tables, grills for cooking, kids play area, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts at club house. House has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 2 floors of living 2,700 sf open floor plan on both levels. Smart tvs, roku fire stick and WIFI. Large deck with a gas grill. Castle in the clouds is close by and has beautiful hiking trails with awesome water falls. SLEEPS 8 GUESTS

Great stay for the family!

We had a great stay at this property! This is a great setup for a family and more. The beach area is well kept and clean. We really enjoyed the white mountain area and hiking at castle in the clouds.

Relaxing Getaway

This was a very cute and cozy cabin. We all had a great time and very much enjoyed this cabin away from the Hussle and bustle.

Overall the property was good size and accomadated our large family well. The only negative was the lack of cleanliness of some appliances, the outside deck, and grounds.

Great stay for a larger group.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host, Cherie, checked in by text a few times to ask if we needed anything and made some great area suggestions. Plenty of room for our party of 6 adults. We ate breakfast out on the deck most mornings which was a nice touch. Only suggestions would be to update some of the electrical outlets and have a hair dryer in each bathroom.

Laconia Bike week stay

This property was in a great location just outside the busier towns around Laconia. It was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The deck was hugh with plenty of space for seating around the gas firepit. The owners were great to work with and communicated often.

Great Place and AMAZING Host!

The home was perfect for our first tume experiencing bike week in Laconia. Close enough yet far enough from the hustle and bustle. Parking was enough for 2 trucks, 2 trailers with motorcycles and an additional vehicle. The host was OUTSTANDING! Checked with me regularly to ensure all our needs were met. We will no doubt be back!

Amazing!!

We have stayed up in this area for 9 years now, first time at this house. This was our BEST most comfortable trip yet. Cherie and Michael were amazing, checking in to see if we needed anything and the house was perfect. Clean, beautiful and even smelled great everytime we walked in throughout our stay. Thank you!!! We will be reaching out to book again soon.

We had a wonderful stay!

We go up to the lake every year with 3 generations. This was my husband's favorite house we've stayed in. We enjoyed the layout of the home. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, we were easily able to stream from all of the TVs, and there were plenty of extra sheets, blankets, and towels. It was close to the beach, but we still drove down (nobody wanted to pull the wagon back up the hill). We have been staying in Suissevale for the past 4 years and love the beach. My son loves to fish and it's easy for the kids to launch their kayaks. Our host was also very easy to reach and was proactive about checking in with us.

Cute house, well decorated, ping pong, games, etc. Had trouble with the TV and host helped solve issue. Deck and railings very unsafe - railing would not support even a childs weight and deck would not support seating capacity. House surface cleaned only - dirty doors near handles, dusty window screens and not clean under beds, dust and spider webs in corners. Uncomfortable bed in blue room - you rolled to the middle of the bed. Dining room table was sticky on top due to finish coming off - had to buy a tablecloth to use table.Cooking pans scratched and not usable. Lacked blender/mixer and silverware for capacity. Had trouble with microwave working part time. Communicated these issues with host who stated she would work on items for next year.

Hi Darlene, Thank you so much for your feedback! Safety is our number 1 priority! I’m very excited to announce the updates and improvements that we made to the property for this season. Some of the new updates include: new outdoors stairs, updated decking, and updated grounds. We also hired a new cleaning crew, and made some updates to the inside of the property as well such as new pine planks in the upstairs ceiling, and the downstairs ceiling was freshly painted white in the living room area. We purchased new utensils, pans, cups, bedding, and a new microwave. We will be posting new pictures! Thanks again!

Wonderful family stay

We loved our 4 days at this beautiful house!! It was so spacious, with a huge deck and yard with a fire pit. Our grandchildren had a fabulous time at the nearby beach!! We hope to go back next summer!!

Family summer vacation

The house was very spacious plenty of room to all gather or slip away from the crowd. The lake is down the road and the beach is great for kids !! Our last night at the house we got to see a big bear across the street quite a site for all of us!

Perfect Getaway with Friends

Our small group of friends found this property perfect for exploring the area by motorcycle. Quiet location, spacious and very comfortable. We made ample use of the deck and could not resist using the new grill. Owners are great to work with and are very attentive to ensuring we had all our needs covered. We found the cement pad easy to park and the road into Suissevale on asphalt. A few roads in the subdivision are gravel covered so we avoided them. The location was superb for day trips to the mountains and surrounding communities. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip and recommend this property.

Lots of living space

Great layout to accommodate privacy along with large open floor plan in family room areas! Loved the set up of the house! Great location for touring the lakes region area! If in the area again, would love to enjoy this home with more friends!

Spacious house for a family gathering

We enjoyed 4 nights as a family to celebrate my 73rd birthday. The location, so close to the lake, was perfect for us. The multi level spacious house with such a huge deck enabled us to spread out and relax. We had a fire in the fire pit our last night with s’mores to end our gathering. Hope to return soon!!!

Spacious home near the lake

This is a spacious home near the lake with comfortable beds and several seating areas. There is a large deck with chairs and a table and a fire pit where we roasted marshmallows. Communication with the host was easy.

Great times to be had at the house and the area!

The homeowners made everything really easy. They had everything prepared and were accommodating. They communicated often and cared about how our vacation was going. They checked in with us by phone to see if we needed anything. The house was immaculate and tidy. It was both homey and spacious with a lot of room for all. There was room for multiple cars and plenty of wood for campfires. It was well worth the price. Great value. The Lake was fun to swim in. It is centrally located for all that we did. Lakes, shopping, White Mountains, all within 1 hours of travel. We plan to come back soon.
