Ideally located to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the many conversation areas especially the balcony across from the park. Perfect for our college reunion.

Not new, but clean. Location could not have been better. We had all three apartments for our family and it was the perfect setup. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Manitou Springs and all the guests were very happy with the house. We will definitely consider it the next time we plan a trip in Manitou.

Loved this house! Right across the street from a park, walking distance to the unique Manitou Springs downtown for restaurants and shopping. The house layout is great, 4 beautiful bedrooms with lots of space for cooking and hanging out. The hosts were friendly and so easy to work with. We’ll be back.

Great Location

This well cared for historic structure is in a perfect location to enjoy all that Manitou Springs has to offer. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, and right next to the river and park.

Outstanding home in the heart of Manitou Springs!

Beautiful home! We enjoyed the location and look forward to planning another trip in the future. Leaving the doors open to hear the beauty of the creek was perfect for relaxing!

Fantastic cottage

We arrived to find a welcoming bottle of champaign and greeting in this clean and charming cottage. Not only were the facilities perfect, but the location was within walking distance from shopping and great restaurants.

Perfect house in town!!

Couldn't dream up a better location if you want to be in the town of manitou springs. All the amenities. Walk to everything. Wonderful stay! Super responsive owners.

Perfect Place to Celebrate a big birthday

Kris and Tim made us feel so special by recognizing our special birthday celebration. The house was as beautiful as the photos and the location couldn't been more perfect. We walked downtown Manitou and enjoyed all the shops in town. Dinner was only minutes away in downtown Colorado Springs. We will definitely come back. I highly recommend this beautiful VRBO.

We rented all three units for a weekend wedding and the property did not disappoint! The accommodations were lovely, the home was very clean and well-appointed. Upon arrival, we found a large bottle of wine and wine glasses set out for us, in each unit! We brought takeout back one afternoon and sat outside on the large, private side patio. When we prepared for the wedding, we found an iron as well as a steamer, which proved very helpful! The proximity to everything in town and to the hotel was especially enjoyable - very walkable and cozy!

Amazing!

My husband and I loved staying in the carriage house east apartment. It was even better than the pictures! I loved waking up and opening the porch doors to enjoy coffee with a mountain view.

USAFA Parent's Weekend - Awesome!

Our family had a wonderful weekend stay in Manitou Springs - this historic carriage house has been beautifully renovated. It was spacious and our favorite part was sitting on the deck overlooking the creek and town of Manitou Springs. It couldn't have been more convenient. We will return!
