We loved staying here! The location is great for walking into town, the house is well taken care of, is surrounded by beautiful views, and had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed the place. I especially enjoyed their taste and decorating. everything was very tasteful fun and well chosen. Recommended!

This is a lovely and well appointed home. Many thoughtful touches and supplies for kitchen and toiletries. The location was excellent. And the garage was very convenient. Loved the master suite. Highly recommend!

The location of the property is great. It’s an easy walk to downtown Manitou. The house was in great condition with all the amenities needed. There was plenty of towels and full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom. The beds in the house are so comfortable. All of us that stayed commented how comfortable the beds were. That’s something you don’t always get when traveling. Would definitely stay here again!!

The property was very clean and the host were very accommodating to any of our requests. The property is within walking distance of historic Manitou Springs for shopping and food. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We had a short 2 night stay to get away to relax and this house didn't disappoint. It was very hot outside and I was pleasantly surprised that the air conditioning worked very well. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and generally it is well-appointed. The communication was excellent and we would definitely stay again.

The host is kind, caring, and considerate. I always appreciate VRBO stays that feel more personable and less corporate- where the family that owns the place probably also enjoy it themselves. The feel and vibe is so much more warm and welcoming. Which is exactly how this home feels. In addition, I really appreciate places that have basic spices, condiments serving pieces and dishes. We are a family of chefs so it cooking together in a nicely stocked kitchen is always a plus for us. This house did not disappoint.Bonus features were it's proximity to the fun downtown activities and the driveway and garage made going and coming easy.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was excellent and always responded whenever we had questions or needed anything during our stay. We truly felt welcomed and enjoyed every moment here. We loved the property and its location, and it made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back in the future. Highly recommend!

Our family of 5 took our first trip to Colorado staying in Estes Park, Boulder and Manitou Springs. This house was by far our favorite and we wished we would have stayed more time here. So much space and every thing we needed. Loved the closeness to pikes peak and garden of the gods and walking distance to the adorable town. Our favorite was El Taco Loco, ate there twice in one day! Also loved Uncle Sam’s.

The location was great, it was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host communicated well with me prior to our stay and ecen though we didn't need anything while there, I know they would have helped with anything if we needed it! The home was perfect for the whole family! It was helpful to have a pack and play and stroller for my grandson. The house was well stocked and location perfect! Easy to walk downtown.

perfect place and spot to stay

This was such a great house and convenient place to stay with just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!
