Views of the Gulf of Mexico from the unit make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! The living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has two full beds with a 32" flat screen TV. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is 6. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a grab bar, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination with a grab bar as well. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffeemaker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has carpeting in the bedrooms and tile in all other areas. The open style patio allow you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. There is a five night minimum rental. Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
