Oceanview Condo with King Master and King Guest suites on Top Floor of 4 Floor Building, End Unit w/lots of Windows, Large Balcony with 4 Adirondack chairs and table and 4 chairs. (Winter Renters - Full Sun on Balcony Most Days), Ocean View, Elevator and two Covered Parking Spaces under building, Two Brand NEW Pools; one Zero-Entry, one Heated Lap Pool, Gas Grills and Poolside Restaurant and Bar on property.


Free WiFi Internet Access. 125 Channel TV Package. Fully loaded Kitchen with Dishwasher, Full Size Washer & Dryer. Bedrooms are arranged so that each has an attached full bath. King Bed in Master with 48" TV, King Bed in Guest Suite with 42" TV. There is a Queen Sofa Bed in Living Room. There is a 65" TV with a Sound Bar in the Living Room. Condo Sleeps a maximum of Six. Luxury linens; 500 count sheets and plush towels.

About 3/4ths of a mile walk down the beach or sidewalk to downtown Tybee.

Everything about this place was great. Very clean and plenty of room. The location was perfect. Our host was available if we had questions Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Loved that we were not in the more crowded area by the south pier.

Great location, clean and relaxing

Clean, roomy condo right on the beach, with all the amenities you would expect. The owner made the process very easy and would absolutely stay here again.

Great time in Tybee.

Great place to stay, nicely decorated and comfortable. Approx. 100 steps to the beach and everything is close by. Love all the shops to visit and the lighthouse is a must see. Looking forward to staying again!

T and T spring break

Absolutely wonderful owner and condo!

We had a great experience! Condo was so clean and directions given were very accurate. Would definitely rent this condo again if I return to the area.

We really enjoyed our time at Tybee Island.

The condo we rented was beautiful with everything we needed. The owner was extremely helpful prior and during our stay. He shared many places to visit and to eat while we were there. The directions given to us prior to arriving were easy to follow and made our check-in easy. We would definitely stay there again.

A nice retreat.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well kept. A short walk to the beach and I LOVED sitting on the balcony while I read in the evenings. We’ll definitely be back.

Terrific

Very friendly- cleanness- very enjoyable- view was very nice. Walk on the beach was amazing. We had not had a vacation in such a long time it was so much needed. I also appreciate the owners calling the day we arrived making sure we had everything we need and if everything was ok. That was grand… Thank you for our trip and especially the memories we now have.
