Beautiful and charming two bedroom, two bath bungalow, Iocated in the heart of the Historic Old Northend. Walking distance to Colorado College and Downtown shops and restaurants. Plentiful off- street parking is available.
Beautifully landscaped with a very private fenced backyard for family gatherings and entertaining. Complete gourmet kitchen with an island and breakfast nook. Two bedrooms with queen size beds can sleep four. The upper level full bath features an oversized marble shower with clear glass enclosure Cozy sunroom off the living room, and an office/den that looks into the backyard. Lower level family room with 45” flat screen TV. Stacked full-size washer and dryer is in the 2nd full bath which is located on the lower level. Wonderful home and location for family gatherings. Host owners are close by.

What a beautiful home to stay in. All expectations were exceeded with our stay. The area was very safe and the homes around the neighborhood were incredible. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Colorado Springs.

This house is absolutely beautiful and cozy. We loved our time there and wished it didn’t have to end. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, the house was immaculate, and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and having coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening in the beautiful backyard. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Just like being at home! My husband, our USAFA cadet, and I stayed here for Parents Weekend. It was perfect! Comfortable, cozy, and clean. Well-appointed kitchen that lacked nothing. My cadet did his laundry. My husband was able to get some work done in the office that offered a large desk and plenty of power ports. We grilled snd relaxed in the back yard, which was simply divine. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We were centrally located to everything. The price was a bargain!! The hosts are real people—not a management company—who responded very quickly to questions and were very pleasant and accommodating. They even had a bakery treat waiting for us on arrival This home went over and beyond our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!!

This house was a great! So many little details made it a great , comfortable place for our girls trip. (Four, 50 yr olds) Even my bougie friend (there’s always one in every group, lol ) kept remarking “they have thought of everything” Will definitely re-book. Took day trips to Cañon city, manitou, pikes peak, garden of the gods & Denver.

This is a beautiful, spacious and well equipped home. A very nostalgic updated older home. Loved the artwork, kitchen, bathrooms and the beautiful garden in the back. We saw a funny little squirrel, birds, and a doe and her fawn. Also there were two cute poodles or doodles next door with a little lookout platform to spot that funny little squirrel and other animals and people walking by. The only challenge was the starter on the grill outside didn’t work even after troubleshooting. However, there was a great cast iron grilling pan in the kitchen that worked fine.

Beautiful home in a great location! The hosts were easy to work with. Kitchen was very well appointed. Beautifully decorated and cozy, perfect for our family of four, but would also be great for two couples. Lovely closed in front porch, perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings. Loved the Christmas decorations out front!

Beautiful Bungalow in Old North End

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very well located and beautiful appointed, with everything you could possibly need. The Owners were helpful and responded immediately to a minor issue we had. We would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect stay

My family (husband plus two pre-teen daughters) loved staying here. The location was perfect; we shopped and dined downtown a few nights. Great kitchen to cook other meals in. The house was extremely clean, well-stocked, and had so many nice touches that it felt like a perfect home away from home. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent accommodation

This is a lovely, comfortable house! Everything was well provided for. We loved the back patio and had breakfast there every morning. There was even a delicious coffee cake to welcome us on our arrival!
