Private Resort Style Pool/Spa, Completely Renovated 5BR/5BA in Gated Community
Beautiful 5 bed/5 bath house in a gated community. Brand new resort style private pool and spa in the backyard (additional charge to heat pool and/or spa). The pool has every feature you would want including tanning ledge with bubblers and loungers, in water bar stools, basketball hoop and multiple fountains. The expansive patio has a brand new covered pergola with a large TV for the ultimate outdoor experience along with a BBQ island with built in gas grill and fridge. Great for families with small children as it includes a child privacy fence and door alerts every time a door to the patio opens. The house is a short 5-10 minute drive to multiple beaches as well as access to Port Royal Sound on the Intracoastal Waterway, including Pine Island with a brand new boardwalk and walking path along the beach.
Upon entry, the house opens to a large living room and dining room. The living room is equipped with a 70" TV with cable and Apple TV. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, brand new quartz countertops and seating for 12.
The house includes 5 bedrooms, all with their own private bathroom. There are two master bedrooms, each with a king size bed. The 3rd bedroom also has a king bed and the 4th bedroom has a queen. The 5th bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top. All bedrooms (except the bunk room) have a TV in the room with cable access and Roku TV. One of the master bedrooms has a toddler bed and there is a pack-n-play available for use.
The house includes everything you would need for fun in the sun including 10 beach chairs, an umbrella, rolling cooler and 2 wagons to carry everything to the beach. There are also 3 bikes to utilize the many bike trails throughout the plantation and island.
***The house has cameras on the exterior of the house for safety purposes. Part of the camera coverage is on the back patio including the pool/spa area. The cameras are required by our homeowners insurance to cover liability issues. The footage will only be viewed if there are any issues/incidents at the property***

Everything was perfect. The house is extremely comfortable and the pool and hot tub are wonderful and private. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The owners were terrific to work with!

Everything was over the top!!! Great home inside and outside. Clean, warm pool. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, felt very safe. Went for multiple long walks a day. If you had questions the host was fast to respond. Everything you read in description was right on. Beautiful home!!Wound rent again.

The house was just as we expected - really no surprises. The pool was lovely. Great location and very private. The only surprise was the pool cleaner showed up at 7:20AM and started blowing right away - a little early when you are on vacation - we expected someone after 8.

What a great property. Easily housed 7 adults with more than enough space. Comfortable beds and separate beds were awesome. The outdoor and pool area was such an enjoyable environment. The communication with Alec was top notch as well. I could not recommend this home enough. If we ever need a place in Hilton Head again, this will be the first place we look. Thanks again!

House was beautiful and came stocked with every amenity you could need. Owner was quick to respond with any questions or minor issues. Would not hesitate to recommend this home. The best part was the pool and the spa. Truly a gem!

Great property...hope to return in the near future!
Loved the house lay out...and loved the swimming pool and spa. The house is close to everything we needed.

Spring getaway
Wonderful property perfect for our large family. Plenty of space to gather together inside and out. Well maintained and clean. We will stay here again!

First visit
This was our first visit to Hilton Head Island & we had a great trip! House was beautiful, well maintained, & stocked well. The pool was a big hit for our family. Would visit again

The stay was awesome as usual! This is the 3rd year we stayed at this property. It has everything! The entire family was very sad to leave after the week! The communication with the host is the best!! We will be back next year for sure.

A Great Vacation!!
We had a wonderful trip with family and friends. The house was beautiful and we loved the pool!! We would recommend Heron House to anyone visiting Hilton Head!! Would love to return one day!! Thanks for the great memories!!

Annual golf trip
Nice property! Lots of bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Well appointed kitchen. Weather was too cool for the pool, but it was a lovely back yard!

Beautiful Home for the Whole Family
Home was beautiful! Both family and friends were comfortable! Plenty of space for everyone. The pool area was gorgeous and perfect! Highly recommended for families both big and small or a retreat with friends.

Thanksgiving Week
The property as always has everything you need. The pool is always the best for swimming and family volleyball. We have been to this property 4 or 5 times and always look forward to coming back next time!!

Ideal Vacation Home
This home was the ideal spot for our family of 7 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. We all had our own bedroom and a private full bath which is so hard to find for a group our size. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept great! The house was exceptionally clean and the pool was a daily jackpot.

Outstanding
This home was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean, spacious, & well stocked inside and out. The toys were an added plus to entertain the little ones. The pool was amazing. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Outstanding experience.
Truly a hidden gem. Rich the property manager and Alec the owner were very responsive and accommodating. the house is large and well stocked, and the pool is incredible. we cannot wait to return for the next trip to stay here!

Relaxing vacation with family
This is an exceptional house and location. Although it's an older home, it is very well maintained, and it has modern amenities. The host thought of every detail (i.e., TV remote and local attraction guides) which made our stay relaxing, memorable and stress free. The pool and patio are the icing on the cake:) Definitely recommend this home.

The property was just like the pictures showed. Host was quick to respond, within minutes, for a minor problem ( a missing face cloth) & the problem was taken care of immediately.

We have been visiting HH for 25 yrs and this is by a long shot the best home we have stayed in. Based on price you can beat this deal. Comfortable furniture, Great Pool, Super Neighborhood and Very Private.
