Beautiful 3 Bedroom lakefront home less than 15 mins to Cooperstown. Sleeps 8+
Incredible sunsets, large deck, firepits, bbq grill, and so much more. Whether you are relaxing on the deck, fishing on the dock, grilling up dinner, or on the go to a baseball game, you will find all the conveniences in this spacious home. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen AND a kitchenette, washer and dryer...what more could you need. Sleeps 8+. With Cooperstown less than 15 mins away, this home is conveniently located to Dreams Park, and so many wonderful restaurants, museums and the Baseball Hall of Fame. From the time you wake up listening to the water hitting the beach and seeing the incredible view, sipping coffee on the deck to the evening seeing some of the incredible sunsets, you'll be so relaxed.
For the summer months, from end of May to end of August, we only accept six (6) night stays with check in/out days consistent with the Cooperstown Dreams Park schedule, please see their site if you do not have this schedule.
We put our docks in the water in early Spring and they are usually removed by early Fall.
We try and leave the kayaks, canoe and deck furniture out as long as possible for our guests, but it is weather dependent. We have life jackets of all sizes and beach towels for your convenience.
We look forward to having you and sharing our special gem with you.

We loved this property - the proximity to CDP was perfect AND we hung out on the lake (swimming & kayaking & sitting with the gorgeous view) whenever we weren’t at the park. Tons of bed space! Harold was so accommodating. A perfectVacation property - wish we never had to leave!

What a Great Spot on the Lake!
4 adults stayed there during the Dreams Park tournament and it was the perfect spot to spend time in between games. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful home, and stunning view. Communication was great. Couple of things I wish were listed ... There is no stove, and we did bring food to cook so that was something we had to work around. Also, I've never stayed in a rental that did not supply shampoo, toilet paper, coffee - a few basics like that were missing. Luckily there was a store nearby, so it was fine and there were some other essentials in stock in the house. Overall it was a great stay!

Perfect weekend getaway to the Hall of Fame :)
Beautiful home on the lake, in a quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to HOF. Harold and aTrish are great hosts, very responsive. Highly recommended! 👍👍

Weekend Getaway
We had such a lovely time at this beautiful lake house right on Canadarago Lake! It was perfect for our family! So many fun fall activities to do in the area! We had a wonderful little getaway! Would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Great Lake house
Enjoyed our stay, great views of the lake from about every room. 2 full bathrooms was a plus with my family, always hot water. Great location to town, great price chopper nearby. Loved the canoe and kayaks, the water was a little chilly but the boys still went swimming. Laundry was very handy.

Hall of Fame
Wanted to take our boys to see the HOF in Cooperstown and we’re looking for a house outside the bustle of the town itself. This lake house was ideally situated close enough to Cooperstown (~20 minutes) but very private with a beautiful view, eight on a nearby lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Lake House
We came to the Hall of Fame & also visited Howe Caverns & did some hiking and played some early season golf for our April break. The house was a great value for the views. Although we couldn't really enjoy the lake due to the April rains & chilly weather, we did get a nice sunset the first night & enjoyed the peace and quiet. The house is very comfortable and stocked well. Plenty of room for everyone. Would stay here again.

The sunsets are unbelievable. The neighborhood is quiet and respectful. The people are friendly. The kids can play on the beach, fish, kayak, swim, etc.

Whether you plan on going into Cooperstown for baseball games, sight seeing, strolling around town, and eating out, or staying in with a good book, a fishing pole, or a beverage on the deck..... you can't beat the view and the calmness you will feel just being there.
