We love recommending this three-bedroom, two-bathroom upper level vacation rental residence at Harbour Oaks on St. Simons Island.

Harbour Oaks #606 is an upstairs level, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a completely renovated kitchen and master bathroom. The master suite has a king bed with en-suite featuring a beautiful walk-in shower. One guest room has a queen bed and the other has a set of twins. The other full bathroom has a bath tub.

The dining room has 5 seats and the kitchen bar has another two seats. Perfect for your family!

The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Village/Pier, lighthouse, Neptune Fun Zone and may one of a kind shops and restaurants. Community amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Sorry, no pets are allowed in this unit.
• 1 covered, marked parking spot is available. Park additional cars in unmarked spaces.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There is 1 TV in the Livingroom and 1 TV in the Master Bedroom.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

The condo was just as pictured- very clean! We enjoyed staying in this location due to its close proximity to all the wonderful restaurants, shops, the lighthouse, and pier. We enjoyed the pool and exercise room. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all our needs.

We really enjoyed the location and lay out of the condo. It was clean and the mattresses were so comfortable. The location was also great! The microwave needed repairs as the handle and frame fell off when every time we opened it and the bathroom faucet was difficult to use due to being really tight. Overall I would love to stay here again someday!

Party of 5 adults 8 day stay. Great communication from host, very clean and well appointed / equipped condo. Great view of the canal filled with numerous turtles, fish and various other wildlife. Quiet community. Walking distance to heart of the island and pier. Goodie basket was a nice welcome gift and the beach chairs, bikes etc were also available as needed. Excellent experience and highly recommend both the condo and management company.

We have been to the island many times but never stayed at Harbour Oaks and now this will be where we stay! The location is PERFECT and the condo was fabulous! Comfortable bedding, great living room for relaxing and even on these super hot days the AC kept things cool. Would definitely recommend this condo and Real Escapes Properties!

The location of this condo was amazing! We walked just about everywhere. If you have kids, there is a park just down the road with a playground and pickleball courts. Easy walk to shops and dinner. The layout of condo worked great for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the puzzles and games too. Very quiet neighborhood.
The kids found this and had a blast with it!

The layout of this unit works very well for families with young children having 2 single beds in one of the guest rooms. The king mattress in the master was very comfortable . The sunroom area worked out well as a play area for young boys & their matchbox cars. The kitchen was very well stocked and all appliances worked well. The furniture is a bit worn and carpets had some stains, but we were still very happy with our choice. We all enjoyed the pool area and our grandsons loved the turtles in the pond. The location so close to the park and the village pier area couldn’t be better.

Great place to relax

We stayed here with our teenagers for 2 nights after returning from our cruise. It was the perfect place to relax after our long week! The unit was very well stocked, super clean, and in a great location, we would definitely stay here again!

Family trip

Our second stay in Harbour Oaks and we just love it here. It feels so safe and protected plenty to do for the kids from swimming in the pool to visiting the massive amounts of turtles in the pond, love the size of the space the cleanliness of the condo and the proximity to down town.

Although it says “completely renovated” it still needs work. The tub in the guest bath does not work correctly. Can barely turn the water on and when u do the shower leaks, no way to stop it so you have water rain down on you while u are trying to give toddlers a bath. There is a big gap where the tile ends and the border should be. A perfect place for mold to grow. The shower in the master needs work. There is border missing where the shampoo sits. The glass doors do not sit in shower well and swing into the shower, had to be super careful with them. The faucet piece in the kitchen won’t stay up inside it but falls down about an inch. Master bed is really comfy though

Family getaway

My family left Florida due to Hurricane Milton and luckily found this rental. It was in a great location close to many things. The property was clean and spacious. The check in process was very easy and everyone I spoke to was beyond helpful. Thanks to finding this place my family ended up having a great week away despite the stress of the Hurricane.

Fabulous condo

Great location to the village shopping, restaurants and the beach. The condo was everything that was in the listing. Clean, comfortable and the kitchen was completely stocked with small appliances and utensils. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Wonderful stay!

This condo was incredibly clean and organized. It was upgraded and very comfortable! The beds were comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood. We had no issues while we were there. I can’t think of anything that was lacking for our family. We had everything we needed! We will certainly book here again!

Great spot for our trip!

This was a perfect spot for our end-of-summer vacation to St. Simon’s! The unit was perfect for our family to have separate space to relax and work space in the dining room when we weren’t touring around. The village and pier are a short walk, and East Beach is just a five minute drive. This unit’s kitchen was VERY well stocked (although it could have used a few more dishwasher pods and trash bags), which made it easy to prepare meals when we needed to. All in all, a great trip and a perfect home base!
