There is a "registration" fee levied by the Condominium HOA and is not covered by the owner. It applies even if you do not have a car to park. We flew in and were picked up by another guest so we believed it would not apply to us. It is actually a Resort Fee and allows usage of the water park, pools, gym etc... The owners listing indicates it was a parking fee. This fee only funds one car. A second fee is levied if there are two cars. This needs to be updated on the property listing for clarity. The kitchen supplies were OK but could be improved with more dinner plates, colander for pasta, and hot pads. Otherwise, it was fine.The unit was clean and well maintained (exception being the sliding door rollers need replacement) and it was nice to be on the first floor as an option to avoid using the elevator.

We love it!

Will book again! The room was perfect, amenities at Splash were much better than even expected. Perfect place for families. Bonus it’s 1 floor up from the lobby area making it easier to take the stairs instead of waiting for an elevator!

Short stay

We stayed for two nights with our kids and had a great time. Other than some minor repairs needed to the room, all was good and comfortable and met all of our needs.

Everything was great. Very nice place, clean and a perfect spot. 2 thing’s I would recommend but wouldn’t give a bad review. The couch needs to go and be replaced. I put the fitted sheet over it. It just felt dirty when I laid on it. 2nd the water heater ran out of hot water rather quick which was disappointing . Besides that as far as the condo itself it is exactly as described and super clean.

Great view, clean property, super helpful host!

Booking and checking in was super easy. Host answered all of our questions. Great views from the living room and master bedroom. Definitely booking next year.

Kid friendly

Clean, relaxing place to stay. Kids loved the water park and lazy river. Being able to get food in the middle of the day without having to drive was really nice. Donuts and coffee was nice also. Security on the property was really nice.

Fabulous!

This is the best condo we’ve stayed at, and we’ve been vacationing in PCB for over a decade. Great pools, hot jacuzzi, lots for the family to do. The room was great, had everything we need and very easy checkin and check out process. Will definitely be looking here first from now on.

Stay at beach

Air didn’t work someone came said it needs major problems it was 79 degrees in there heat of July wasn’t very pleasant after that I messaged them asking for discount or extra day and got no response

Great Time and Great Room

The room was very clean, and we loved the open floor plan. We didn't have to worry about running out and purchasing supplies for the stay. We were provided with bathroom and kitchen necessities. The booking process was very easy, and we were provided with the information needed before our arrival. We will definitely stay here again!

I wished the weather would of been better. The place was lovely

We will be back when the weather is nicer. We loved it, the kids loved it as well, wish we could of enjoyed the stay more but we really couldn’t use the pools due to the weather being so cold. Over all is a nice place and the kids will love it. We will be back

Great Vacation - Responsive Management Company

We had a great time. There were a couple of minor issues, but Ocean Reef handled them quickly and efficiently. The condo could definitely use some new furniture and updates. Fortunately, the weather and water were gorgeous, so we spent very little time inside and actually extended our stay a couple of nights.

Everything We Needed

Beautiful and very spacious. Had all the amenities needed and everything was as listed. Absolutely amazing oceanfront view with very large balcony. Surfaces were a little dusty/gritty but I cleaned them with furniture wipes and they were fine. I highly recommend this stay and would return.

Weekend with the Grands!

I booked first floor based on the reviews about the slow elevators. Glad I did! We just took the stairs. The pools, hot tub and lazy river were all great. The slides with the bucket area was very powerful and loud. My grandchildren didn't like it at all! The condo was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was supplied above my expectations. We enjoyed our stay. I will probably go again!
