This is a perfect location and set up for people either traveling as a group or traveling independently. Each Suite is completely separate from one another with their own private entrance yet right next door to someone who you might be travelling with. Everything from the dishes to the furniture is Brand NEW!! This Suite is equipped with a full-size kitchen with every appliance, one full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo, one queen size bed in each bedroom, and one queen size sleeper sofa in the Living Room. This Suite has its own private Washer and Dryer in the oversized bathroom for your convenient use. There is an iron and ironing board available for your use in the designated Laundry Room on the first floor between the REEL and Alpine Suites. You will enjoy the comfort of this Suite while feeling the true Alaskan experience surrounded by nature yet only minutes from town.

Great stay!

This is our second trip to Seward. First trip, we booked a hotel which didn't give us much space. This suite was perfect for us, we were a party of 3. Very close to town, nestled in nature, and very spacious and clean. Would rent again!

August fishing trip.

The property was very nice and clean. We had the added bonus of seeing a black bear in the back yard.

Great place for a family!

Stay with kids and grandkids. Lived the bbq and picnic table on deck. Clean and modern with all the comforts of home.

Clean comfortable accommodations

Perfect size for multigenerational travel. The in unit washer and dryer were much appreciated. Everything u would need in The kitchen supplied. Great communication with the owner prior and during our stay.

We are Jimmy and Kristi Akana, the proud owners of Pacific Heights Lodging. Jimmy is a Fishing Charter Captain of a local operation here in Seward. Kristi is a former Elementary and Special Education Teacher that now devotes her time and energy ensuring all their guests have everything they need while enjoying their stay here in Seward. We finally accomplished our dream of being a Seward Host to family and both old and new friends from near and afar.

Our small Lodge differs from most typical Seward rentals as it is totally Brand New! We wanted our guests to enjoy Alaska's beauty while only being minutes from town hence why we chose this piece of land to build on. Our Lodge is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood yet only a few miles from the Seward Small Boat Harbor and Downtown. Construction of Pacific Heights Lodging was completed in June of 2017.

We designed our Lodge with modern Suites that include contemporary furnishings, appliances, and fixtures. We also chose to splurge and include In-Floor Heating and a top of the line Heating and Circulation Ventilation System for the enjoyment of our guests.
