Great location on the west coast with access to town, the south coast as well as beyond the town. Issues with function of the TV should be resolved. The contact Manager Xander was good and responsive. We would suggest that the floors washed between stays. I would also suggest a firmer mattress with upgraded linens. All in all a positive stay with the availability of the Green Flash shop as a benefit to the locale.

The only confusion I had was, I didn’t know the keypad was inside the screen door so I tried the other two side little key pads. Other than that perfect

Great location. Amazing ocean views. Very clean. It was comfortable and quiet. The swimming pool was a plus. Easy check in. I knew about the air conditioning but had to spend a lot of time managing that. The ceiling fan in the bedroom wasn’t operational without the light being on. Overall a wonderful place to stay for the price and location.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Condo had everything we needed and more. The view and the crashing waves kept us on the lanai much of the time. Thanks for a great week!

Close to Kailua village, we really enjoyed our visit here. Ground floor unit was nice, plenty of parking near by.

Great location. Very private place. I wish balcony sunshades worked for a bit more privacy. Great kitchen accessories. Portable AC only in main room, luckily we went in Winter so bedroom was good temperature with fans. We will be back for sure.

Great location and views

We had a great time staying at this condo on the water. There are beach options nearby, and the views of the sunset from the lanai were spectacular. It was an easy walk or ride to town, and there are great food and drink options to choose from. We would definitely stay here again next time we're visiting the island!

We had a great time at this condo! The lanai was a favorite spot, we loved the pool and proximity to downtown Kona! Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice location

Great location just outside of the hustle and bustle of tourism. We enjoyed our stay. We would stay again if we come back. The communication was good as well.

Fantastic location!

We loved our stay. Location was perfect - both proximity to downtown and being right on the water. Unit had everything we needed. Great pool area. Would highly recommend.

The view was spectacular. The location of the property was excellent for going out and about the island. The property was clean. A washing machine was fabulous. The parking was free. A picture of the property did show coffee beans next to the coffee pot. That was not correct and back to the store we went. The cooling system was not central air. As a result, the condo was very warm in the evening. We had trouble getting the place cool at night. In the bedroom, the pull cord for the fan, and the separate cord for the light, did not work. I am sure maintenance will fix this issue. If the cords had worked, the bedroom would not have been so hot at night. We never went to the pool. We were gone each day. Even with the cooling issues, I would still recommend the property.

Beachfront balcony amazing

The photos did not lie: the balcony is literally steps away from the water and a joy to enjoy. The condo’s are friendly, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.
