This studio unit is located on beautiful Okaloosa Island in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. It is known for its emerald green water and sugar white sand. Located about 300 ft from the beach access, the unit is on the second floor of the small, quiet two story Tropical Isle complex. This is a small family friendly unit overlooking the pool and only steps away from the sand and Gulf of Mexico - no driving or parking hassles to get to the beach, you are there! Located within walking distance to a convenience store and laundry room on site, this unit is a peaceful get away!

Perfect little place RIGHT on the beach!

This cozy little studio had everything we needed for our almost week stay. Comfy bed, full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen (no stove, but that’s ok we did just fine without-plus there is a stovetop for cooking), comfy couch with full cable tv, table and chairs for dining. We spent a lot of time at the awesome pool just outside the studios door. The beach can be seen from the studio and takes less than a minute to walk right onto the white sandy shoreline! BEAUTIFUL WATER AND BREATHTAKING VIEWS!! The owners were FANTASTIC! Very quick to respond when I text them. The place was very clean and cozy and well stocked! Will definitely be back!

Absolutely a cute, quiet little studio condo. The only thing close to a complaint wasn't the accommodations. Rather the parking spots were used by non-guests. One minor request on the building is a way to darken the room at night. The porch lights remain on and could not block out with closing the blinds. Would stay here again without doubt.

Love this Property

Everything was as pictured and described. Excellent for 2 people. Best thing was location to the beach. It’s not gulf front but absolutely the next best thing. Bring a cooler to supplement the small fridge space. The only thing I wish could be changed - it’s hard to sleep in because the sun is shining early in the morning and there are no room darkening shades.

Great Space For Couples!

My fiancée and I enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was clean, A/C worked very well, and close proximity to the beach access point. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but we knew that going into it. Overall a great place to stay!

Perfect little condo near the beach

We had a wonderful time. The condo is perfect for 2 people, very close to the beach, clean, and has everything we needed. Communication with property owners was excellent. This year was our second time staying, and we will definitely be back.

Awesome space!

This is an awesome little space. You can Is see the ocean from the little front porch. And its a 40 second walk to the water. It had everything we needed. Will definately be staying here again. Oh, there is a convience store right next door.

The perfect spot

My hubby and I wanted a few days away and to relax. This spot was perfect! The room was so cute, clean, and conveniently located. So much to do and see and a great little ocean view. Very close walk to the beach and it wasn’t busy at all in our area. I am looking forward to bringing my kids next time!

Wonderful Place!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay!! We celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary and it was so much fun!! Place was beautiful and it was so nice being just a few steps away from the beach. We had an amazing time!! Definitely would recommend tropical isle!

The unit is clean with a little view of the gulf in between 2 buildings. Very convenient to bring stuff to the beach even if you make a few trips because it's just steps away. I like that even if the unit is small there's a lot of shelves in the bathroom which is very functional. Even the window seal by the kitchen table. A small nightstand would be nice to have. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We'll definitely book this unit again. Thank you Karla!

Very cute studio, clean, and just as described. Property was very conveniently located to the beach. Property manager was great. We would definitely stay again! We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

Perfect stay

LOVED everything about this place! Super cute, GREAT location, easy check in/check out. Right next to the pool, have a view of the water out the front door. While not on the beach, it’s the same walking distance as the big resorts, that’s how close it is. I didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be back :)

Home away from home’

This rental is truly home away from home. From ease of purchase, to quick and easy communication with the host and the property itself this was a perfect place. Beautiful and light inside, everything you may need on a vacation and the location is right at the beach. Will definitely be coming back!

Cute place with great beach access

This property is a cute little spot next to a public beach access. The room was very clean and the owner responded quickly whenever we needed anything. Since it’s a studio room, more than 2 people might be a lot. It was perfect for my husband and I! You can see the ocean from the room since it’s on the second floor! The convenient store next door was really close to walk to every day for coffees in the morning - definitely a plus. The beaches in Fort Walton are not as crowded like they are when you’re in Destin, so it was nice being on the beach without people right next to you!

Everything was as described. It was very clean. My elderly mother and I felt safe and were very comfortable. This unit is decorated very nicely and had everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. I would stay here again.

Steps to the beach

Great proximity to the beach. Great sidewalk on road to walk/run. Perfect for a short getaway. The bathroom is small and more than a few days might get difficult but it was perfect for our 3 night stay. Clean. Sound from the pool is loud but we were fortunate that no one was at the pool late at night. We would definitely book again.
