Casa Blanca is a unique 1 bedroom rental in upper level of duplex - located in a quaint residential area, just around the bend from Gallows Point. Cruz Bay town, ferry dock, shops, restaurants, and beach shuttles are within a 5 minute walk. “Casa Blanca” has a fantastic pool facing Frank Bay - pebble beach for sunset & snorkeling and views to St. Thomas, the sunsets from the pool deck are terrific. This home has a king sized bedroom and bath, comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen with stovetop and toaster oven - no full oven, air conditioning in living room and bedroom, internet access, personal safe, Smart TV, satellite Dish TV channels, telephone, gas grill, and ceiling fans, A/C throughout. Linens, bath towels, Beach towels & Beach chairs & BBQ.

Property may be shown to prospective renters with 24 hour notice to show.

My husband and I loved our stay at the Casa Blanca. We absolutely loved the private pool - even chose to spend a pool day away from the beaches and we often enjoyed cooling off at night. The condo is so comfortable and has everything you need -from laundry and kitchen needs to beach supplies. Walking access to Cruz Bay is so convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Jackie is so accommodating. Very attentive and informative. She really goes above and beyond. If you have another couple, it would be a great idea to rent the downstairs as well! We would definitely look into booking here again in the future!

Such a great place to stay that was walking distance to all restaurants and activities in Cruz Bay. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our beach days including chairs, beach towels and cooler. Michelle picked us up at the ferry, took us to get our rental car and then oriented us to Casa Blanca. We’ve been to STJ 8 times and next time we will definitely stay here!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Blanca. Everything you needed was there. We got to watch the car ferry going in and out the bay. Had no problem with bugs on the deck. Nicer breeze at far end of pool. Enjoyed the night swims. But the light but the stair way was cumbersome. It would do just good to lower it 6 inches and it will still get the top of the steps. It would have been nice to have a hand rail on by the pool steps. Other than that the view was nice and even though we were right in town it felt private. We will try to visit again soon. Jack & Pat

Excellent Location

Property is a short walk to town and love having a private pool to wind down in after a long day at the beach. Can’t wait to return.

The pool was nice. The property was not easy to find coming in from the north, but not from the other direction. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of sofas. Air conditioning worked quickly. The sliding glass door would not lock. Same issue for the people before us too. A maintenance guy brought a dowel as he had not beeen able to find a new locking mechanism. He fixed this the day after we arrived.

Anniversary

We loved Casa Blanca. The location was great. Close enough to town to walk to restaurants. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio by the pool looking out over the water. A great place to relax and watch the sun set.

Great location!

Perfect location for 2 adults and was an easy to walk into town. The pool was great to use in the evening after a long day at the beach. Loved hearing all the peacock and rooster calls!

Island Getaway

Enjoyed our stay in St John. Casa Blanca was close enough to walk to everything in Cruz Bay. Nice to have pool to cool off and a place to park the rental Jeep. The views were the best part!

A view that can’t be beat

We stayed in Casa Blanca for 9 nights and it was perfect. The view is breathtaking. It’s close to Cruz bay so walking was easy. I loved that we had the pool all to ourselves. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of closet /drawer space We will definitely stay here again.

Great location

This property was perfect for me and my husbands 25th anniversary trip to St John. The pool was a bonus and you can not beat the location. Property manager responded quickly to all of my questions.

Perfect location

We loved this house. Pool was wonderful and the house was nice. Definitely could use some updates but over all it is the perfect location. Short walking distance from Cruz Bay.

Loved the location, the pool, and the unit. Would definitely stay again! So fun to be able to walk to town for dinner and only a short drive to beaches around the island. Paradise!

Excellent location & view.

Beautiful view of Cruz Bay from the apartment and the private pool & deck. Only a 5 minute walk down to the ferry, shops, and restaurants. Owner and property managers very pleasant and responsive. Great location. We'll be back.

Casa Blanca - Cruz Bay

House is a perfect location. Not only did we get picked up and driven to the house from the ferry, we were dropped off at the restaurant so we could make our reservation. Short walk to all the bars and restaurants in Cruz Bay. Pool is great too.

Excellent property

The location of this property was perfect-a short walk to all the restaurants & shops. I especially appreciated the property manager’s communication & support with the arrangement of transportation. This helped create a relaxing experience-thank you!

Great Stay on St. John!

The condo was in great condition. The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars, but far enough to be quiet! Jackie, the property manager, picked us up from the dock and drove us to the condo. The accommodations were excellent. 5 stars!

Wonderful condo!

We’ve been to St. John many times and have stayed in several places. This place is a short walk to restaurants and shopping, very peaceful being on the second floor, and the balcony and private pool are secluded and a wonderful place to relax. Had all we needed and would stay here again in a minute! Jackie was very helpful and responsive as well.
